Really lovely hotel situated in a good area. From the time we arrived every member of staff that we came across was so friendly and welcoming. ||We booked two family rooms that we wanted opened up into one room (we requested this by telephone after our booking and the staff were very helpful )||Both rooms had everything that we needed, were very clean and we all slept so well. ||We didn’t have breakfast but, booked an evening meal that was absolutely lovely and definitely worth the money and once again staff were all very helpful and friendly. Definitely be staying here again.

Fairly average hotel room with tea making facilities but no refrigerator and shaving facilities. WiFi was poor and restricted to one free device with offers to pay £5/day for more devices and better streaming. Mobile phone signal kept dropping out because of poor signal. I didn’t have dinner only had breakfast because it was good value, I provided my own dinner. Plenty of parking

I booked this hotel as regularly stay with Premier Inn hotels around the country, I know what to expect and the beds are very comfortable.||However on this occasion, this Premier Inn just did not hit the mark.||But arriving later in the day and in the dark, I checked in swiftly and went to my room. At no stage did the reception staff ask me to validate my car registration number with them nor advise that I had too, now I am in receipt of a £60 parking charge, which I will appeal. Apparently there is signage in the car park but arriving in the dark it cannot be seen. ||As far as I was aware it clearly states on the booking page for this hotel stating free parking and does not mention you have to validate your car registration number, so a heads up if you decide to book this hotel.||Also 4g/5g and wifi reception is non existent, no signal at all.||My room was absolutely fine and very clean and all the staff as usual are friendly and polite. Breakfast was lovely and the restaurant clean.||I would not stay at this particular Premier Inn again due to these issues.

We always go for a Premier Inn when needing to stay away from home. This time it was to drop our daughter at University. We simply picked the cheapest from 4 around the area and were very pleased with the location when we arrived. Lovely clean room with large comfy bed and there was no noise so we were completely undisturbed. There are even a few Peacocks in the grounds!

We had a 1 night stay after a day at the near by Beverley races.|The staff are what makes me give the score I have as they are all very lovely. Especially Sarah on reception who took time to tell me about the Peacock and also sorted out a minor issue for us. |Although we did not get rooms close together we still enjoyed our stay and our children were overjoyed to see Penelope and the babies at breakfast. Nice little touch giving the kids a treat for the colouring in.|The grounds could do with some maintenance which would make sitting outside a bit more appealing.|The rooms were very warm but a fan was provided in each room to try cool them down.

Business trip.
Great location for the business park within walking distance.
Good location for a country park a d the humber bridge walks, car parks and Riverside shores.
The hotel needs an upgrade refurbishment.
The carpets in particular needs a deep clean for replacement throughout the corridors and rooms.
The attached chef and brewer, is the same. It is old and needs a refit, redecoration,.
Otherwise the staff were good. Particularly the hotel side.
The restaurant needs attention paid to the e trance to give a better 1st impression. Bins need emptying and previous years autumn leaves need sweeping to make the place look looked after rather than forgotten about. Clearly there are areas cordoned off outside due to repairs but this gives a poor impression of what should be a busy place.

Hotel is fine. Kept waiting at reception for close to 10 mins for a receptionist to arrive, got to room which was again average but this hotel has zero reception, phone, WiFi and even the premier inn ‘premium’ WiFi for £5 extra doesn’t work. |Nice location and always feels above average in premier inn standards but I’ll always avoid unless no better options. Rather drive 40 mins and be able to continue work/ emails / calls whilst at hotel.

This is a fairly typical Premier Inn: a hotel with a Brewers Fayre pub/restaurant attached. Unfortunately, due to the very hot spell during my stay, my room wasn't very comfortable as there was no air conditioning. A fan was provided but this only circulated the hot air. The room temperature was 27-29°C for the 4 nights that I stayed. A sheet was helpfully offered to guests who wanted to dispense with the duvet. This being said, the hotel accommodation was clean & the staff helpful. If it hadn't been for the lack of Aircon, I would have rated it more highly. I didn't eat at the restaurant, so I can't comment on that.
