Loved this little place next to the harbour ||We were lucky to have a room looking straight out onto the harbour, we had a nice walk around it that lead us to Preston park absolutely stunning area, back along the river to the Orwell Bridge very impressive sight with the most amazing food hall I have ever seen ||Staff very friendly and an added security door gave good piece of mind. Our room was immaculate we did book a twin but was only offer a double when we arrived, when entering the room we had a single bed also so I’m not sure why reception didn’t know this .., so any we both had a bed. ||Beefeater was next door we opted for the dinner and breakfast option ||I’ve never been to a beef eater before and it was delicious ? the staff were great but the bar staff were very understaffed, I was in no hurry but she was rather overwhelmed with all the orders. ||Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and we outstanding with a good choice of drinks and continental options ||My only criticism was the room was so ? hot hot hot ? 27 in September with a tiny crack in the window, a fan was provided but didn’t really help.

The meal I had at the connected Beefeater was absolutely spot on... really good plate of food with everything cooked to perfection.
Usual premier inn as in easy check in/out, good size room, comfy bed and great shower but no air conditioning was disappointing.

Just got back from a lovely stay. Check in was super easy and the lady offered us a welcome drink due to it being very warm. We were given room 24 which was spotless clean and great view. The food from the restaurant was good too. All staff very friendly and nothin too much trouble. Definitely stay again

Hotel was easy to find and has decently sized car park with one rapid EV charger next to the entrance of the car park. Gentleman on reception was freindy and welcoming . Was on the 2nd floor of this hotel and whilst this perticular hotel hasn’t had a room upgrades to there newer design rooms. this room in particular was probably one of the cleanest premier inn rooms I’ve stayed in to date. Couldn’t find any dust or grubbiness anywhere. Due to the warm weather that was happening during my stay and the lack of air conditioning in this hotel the room in the evening was at 29C which while I did sleep made it uncomfortable even with the provided fan in the room. Breakfast was provided in the beefeater next door and was of great quality and friendly staff. Over all I’d highly recommend this hotel but if you’re staying in the summer be aware the rooms can get hot because of the lack of A/C which can make sleeping uncomfortable.

I was staying while at a nearby conference, as were a few other guests. The hotels was as fine Premier Inns always are clean and comfy, friendly helpful staff, good reasonably priced food, but the bar shut at 9.45! This was a bit of a damper given why we all staying there. Surely its possible to have the flexibility to stay open later when the demand is there?

Stayed here when visiting my mother in a near by care home , staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay amazing , Lady behind the desk offered me a cold bottle of water on arrival. Room was comfy and was facing the boats which was and added bonus. Hotel was quiet and would recommend to my family and friends

Stayed here over the weekend. Check was quick. Allocated room 5 which was clean and very comfortable. Adjoining restaurant was good. Staff very friendly. Water offered upon check due to the weather being very warm.

Staff were extremely helpful n friendly. My stay was comfortable only issue was having a child above my room which resembled a mini elephant. But brought me back some amazing memories of living in a flat in London... Apart from that can't fault it.
