Excellent stay, we chose this hotel as we were going to the Harry Potter studios which was close by. The man who checked us in deserves a raise he was absolutely brilliant. So friendly and helpful. He even gave my son a tub of quality street for his birthday which was such a lovely gesture. We had people above us about 10pm being really loud and banging the floor shifting furniture (what it sounded like anyway) we gave it half hour and they still continued. We went to reception and was moved promptly onto the top floor and more out of the way, no hesitation. Would definitely stay here again room was lovely and clean and we always sleep well in premier inn beds. Thank you for making our trip so special

This Premier Inn is an outstanding place to stay. I’ve been staying here when I have business this way for a few years now. The staff (won’t name them) are consistently brilliant. Friendly, helpful and very good at what they do. Ive seen the same faces since I started staying here (they don’t leave) that must say something. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are always clean. There are plenty of good options to eat a walk away but DO have their breakfast!|Everything is there for you. Tea/Coffee machine, pastries, fruit, cereals and all the cooked breakfast items. If you find better let me know. Thanks to all the team at Kings Langley T,S,M,G and A .

Fantastic stay. Comfortable and clean. Very quiet hotel. I was surprised to see so many people at breakfast as there was no noise from any other rooms. Very friendly staff - from reception, cook in the kitchen and cleaners. Made feel welcome and nothing was any trouble.

Such a lovely visit. Staff where friendly and smiling breakfast was nice and tasty. Walking into the bedroom was a nice surprise with towels shaped into swans and sweets was a lovely welcome, room nice and clean. Thank you for a lovely stay and would stay again

I been a few times, since the very beginning staff always kind|Brilliant breakfast many choices. I love their scrambled eggs, coffee is a good quality and you can eat as much as you can. I like the free parking that they have in a beautiful area.the workers are helpful

Whilst this Premier Inn doesn't have aircon (many don't) we were surprised to be parboiled for 3 nights with the room temperature ranging between 24-26 degrees for 3 nights, when there wasn't a heatwave happening outside the premises ||||Windows didn't open enough to cool the room down, but enough to let in chatter from neighbouring Miller & Carter patrons in the evening or the bin collections early morning.||||And there's not much soundproofing between neighbouring rooms so be prepared to hear & be overheard by other guests. ||||Other than that, the staff are as friendly and helpful as the building infrastructure will allow them to be!
