Very happy with our stay! |Room was cleaned to a high standard. |Customer service was excellent and couldn’t fault it in anyway. |Stayed with my children we were made to feel very safe and welcome. |The manager Shane I think was his name was very kind, helpful and friendly. ||Will definitely be staying again and would highly recommend!

Room was immaculate. Very comfortable. Had 2 children with us and beds were made up ready for both of them. ||Breakfast I'd about the best we've ever had.||Evening meal was good value too.||Highly recommended.

As always great value for money, comfy bed and pillows, modern room, new design which made it more spacious. Free parking, good location and fairly quiet in the room we stayed in. ||Easy to book and check in, staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. ||Nice pub next door for food and drinks and tables to sit outside. ||Would highly recommend.

Lovely clean rooms that served their purpose perfectly, pillows were incredibly comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. Parking was easy and stress free. A perfect little stop off point. Breakfast was delicious, although the staff seemed a little disorganised at times, they were friendly and welcoming throughout.

We are Premier Inn regulars. This wasn't a stand out experience for good or bad. The location is pretty good and the directions helpful. The advance warning not to unload your car before check-in was useful as we were in the annex which has closer parking.||The check-in was one of the least satisfactory parts of our stay. Admittedly we arrived just after 3pm as many people will, but, primed by an email the day before for an autocheck in with a QR code, this didn't seem to be available. There were two slow queues - one to autocheck the car in for free parking (most people, including us, found this hard to use, not well set up), the other for staff for the room. Not a conspicuously warm welcome and no apology for the queues. As seems to be common now, we were asked to book a time for breakfast.||The room was one of the refits and good on the whole. Absolutely no hotel noise (despite us having been told the hotel was fully booked and to judge from the car park with lots of tradespeople heading out earlier than us), fan in the room (and needed), subdued lighting for night in the bathroom and no noisy fan. Decent shower. No toilet brush. No glasses provided, just two small glass mugs. Table and chairs which proved handy as we ate our evening meal in the room.||Breakfast was a warm welcome. Various menu elements that are always missing were missing as usual (porridge, vegetarian bacon/sausage) but the breakfast was as expected in positive ways too - it's why we choose Premier Inn over competitors where possible. Never did find the cereal bowls. Table was sticky.||I'd stay here again.

We used the Kings Lynn Premier Inn as a base for a 3 day car club event in and around North Norfolk, staying from Friday to Monday. Right from checking in on the Friday afternoon, until we left Monday morning, we were looked after handsomely, by both the staff at the Premier Inn and the adjacent Brewers Fayre restaurant. The Premier Inn rooms were very impressive. Modern, clean and well designed. Very comfortable indeed. We had up to 40 people per night staying at the Premier Inn over the three nights and I only heard positive comments. The only concern was during evening meal times, which were exceedingly busy during the Friday and Saturday nights, when more staff on duty would have been a help. The staff, were stretched but remained committed to providing a great service. Many of the Group also paid for the meal deal, which was excellent value for money.||||Overall, both the Premier Inn and Brewers Fayre provided superb value for money and I and many of my friends would definitely return.

Second time I've stayed here, and this time they had changed from a bath to a shower. Much easier to get in and out of, great shower with a choice of large or small shower head. Much preferred to a bath. Still no extractor in the bathroom, so everywhere gets steamed up. But generally OK. Friends complained towels don't dry due to no heated rail but I didn't have a problem. Great rooms and good food.

Lovely last minute stopover.Staff very friendly and helpful.Room was spotless.Restaurant was OK ,wasn't very organised at front of house and to be honest not the best host, rather miserable.. bar staff and waitresses made up for that.Breakfast was manic could have done with more staff as couldn't keep up with simple things like clean plates ,cutlery and refilling juices and coffee machine and clearing tables.dirty plates and food left on fire place for the whole time we was in there..not a good look.Would we stay again..yes but hopefully restaurant was just a one off!
