There are two parts to this review - the accommodation, and the bar.

Accommodation - the welcome from the receptionist Andy was great. The rooms are fine - usual Premier Inn fare - clean and tidy and nice and quiet.

Bar - very disappointing. We wanted a couple of relaxing drinks before flying early the next morning. The beer selection is terrible. If you are a lager drinker you'll probably be OK, but there was no hand pulled, nor any craft beers of any description. What sort of pub only sells lager? It was also noted that there were signs on the bar stating that several food menu items had "run out". We waited for 5 minutes before the bar staff even acknowledged us, but just walked out. So we walked to a different pub 5 minutes down the road which was much better - nice atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, and a great selection of beers.

So I would say for accommodation, no problem - for the bar and restaurant, don't bother.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It's very convenient for a early flight at Leeds Bradford Airport. The reception even have a direct phone for arranging taxis. The hotel itself is basic. The reception staff are lovely and helpful, they will arrange an early check in for 10 pound if they can which is great. The rooms are comfortable and have all you need. The restaurant is grand, the food is ok and again the staff are very helpful and nice

Great place for a stopover before our holiday. Brilliant and helpful staff, in particular the fabulous Andy (Andy Pandy) Will definitely stay here again when we go away. Right next to the airport. Pub next door, plenty of local amenities within walking distance. Also not far from the long stay parking. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for 1 night on 9th October with my family before going on holiday. Hotel room was clean and suitable for our needs. The missing spider game was a lovely idea and my daughter received a Halloween treat when Sid the spider was returned. We dined in the restaurant for dinner and the food was delicious. The staff were amazing and gave my daughter pictures and crayons and she was delighted to pass them back her completed drawings which they proudly displayed. Thank you Chelsea & Charlotte. We will definitely use this hotel again when flying from Leeds Bradford Airport.

Does What It Says on the Tin

Premier Inn does exactly what it says on the tin. I had a minor issue with a booking requirement that I couldn’t add via the website form, but a quick phone call directly to the hotel sorted it out in seconds—excellent service on that front.

While the room doesn’t come with as many extras as it used to—no free water or toiletries, for example—it served its purpose wonderfully. The room was equipped with air conditioning, which made for a comfortable stay, and choosing a room at the back of the hotel ensured a peaceful, quiet night’s sleep, albeit those mattresses are awesome.

Car parking is straightforward at just £5 for 24 hours, and payment is easy with a simple scan and tap process. The hotel team was courteous and provided great service throughout my stay. Thanks to the team for a pleasant experience.

I regularly stay at the Premier Inn for work. It's always clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet for a busy hotel with lots of Airport guests. What really makes the hotel is the friendliness and service if the reception team. All to date have been helpful and welcoming but a special mention to Andy who is always funny, cheerful and making sure all customers get the best possible welcome for their stay. Would definitely recommend fir those flying from the airport, working or staying in the area.

Very friendly customer service from 'Andy Pandy' at reception desk. Room lovely with usual high standards of cleanliness and a very comfy bed. Perfect location for a night stay before an early morning flight. We cannot find any fault to talk of and will recommend to anyone.

Stayed here prior to an early morning flight from Leeds/Bradford airport. Easy to find, standard premier inn room, which was comfortable, clean and quiet, the décor is tired. The receptionist on arrival was very helpful, also warned us to save the car parking receipt as run by an external company and sometimes charged people incorrectly. There was no one on reception when we left, approx. 03:00 but the instructions for the car parking payment worked as advised and was straight forward. There was a ‘drains’ smell coming from the bathroom and unfortunately as mentioned as we left early morning there was no-one on reception to report this.
