Checked into the premier inn at around 11am with the help for a lovely member of staff called Ell/Eli? ||Reserved a premier plus room which came with mini fridge (complimentary water) coffee machine, iron, desk, chair, luggage bench.||Hotel was really conveniently located just 5 minute walk from the station. I stayed here solo and felt very safe walking back at night. It’s in quite an office-y area but the bars and shops are really close by.||I requested my room to be cleaned on the second day and this was done and the fridge and chocolates were replenished. ||My key card stopped working on day 2 but the helpful staff at the desk quickly sorted this for me.||On check out day I treated myself to the buffet breakfast which was very reasonably priced and lots of seating available. ||Overall this is a great choice for Leeds and I will be returning to this hotel later this year. ||Well done team!

Good location, great price and super comfy nights sleep. ||Check in was speedy with no hiccups and the reception staff were all nice and friendly. The room was spacious and warm with ridiculously cozy pillows. ||My only gripe was that the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but overall a nice hotel that we would be happy to stay in again.

Had a lovely stay for the weekend, was checked in by the lovely Eli she was extremely professional and a wonderfully helpful staff member, always makes a stay that much better when the staff are so good. Would definitely return if in the area, close to the train station, quiet at night, good rooms as usual and overall good value. Breakfast was also the normal good quality.

Very decent 3 star hotel. Modern rooms. Great location from the station. Nice bed. Had a good sleep. Great breakfast for £10.99 each and kids eat free. Had lovely poached eggs with mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, baked beans, bacon and sausages. Would definitely recommend this to others and will stay here again when back in Leeds. Very pleasant and friendly staff aswell

Booked the hotel last minute for a night in Leeds, great location just down from the railway station. Our room was clean, tidy and quiet even though you’re on the main road to the station. We’d not added breakfast but was told we could add the following morning if we wanted which we did, the food was lovely and a good selection for everyone. Would stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights on business, self check in was a breeze, no complaints. Room is nice and tidy but my double bed is two singles pushed together and the mattress really doesn’t feel like the usual premium bed you get in other Premier Inns!

Dinned in the restaurant both nights. First night wasn’t good at all: starter and main arrived at the same time as they thought I ordered take out? Chicken wings were as hard as bricks, steak overdone. Slow service and the food took forever. Second night wasn’t slightly better but a 40 minute wait for food with hardly anyone seated worried me, dessert followed about 20 minutes later. Just really slow!

Breakfast was great, self service as usual no complaints at all. This Premier Inn was a bit of a flop really!

I have stayed in a lot of Premier Inns. Probably more than any other hotel chain. The location of this one is good for the station and other central services. Arrival is via a self check in. It worked and was easy to navigate. The room wasn't great. The bathroom has seen better days, although it was clean. Price-wise it was good value for Leeds. I realise that I want them to provide winter duvets, maybe they will read this and consider?

I made a reservation via the telephone for a business stay at the Premier Inn Leeds Cc (Whitehall Road)|Check in|Mon 24 Feb 2025 from 3pm|Check out|Tue 25 Feb 2025 before 12pm (1 night)|After a few hours I had not received confirmation of the booking, so called the number of the reservation and on 3 different calls I was told, sorry you have no booking. I logged into my company credit card and said you have taken the money. The authorisation code was Transaction time|01:27 pm|Authorisation code|087157| Despite all of the above I was informed that no booking was made, and there was nothing they could do. I am regularly having to make company bookings, but in light of the above, I will not be choosing this hotel chain again, awful service
