The rooms were very clean. And spacious. We had a very warm welcome when we arrived and all through our stay. There was a lovely note in our room to welcome us as well. We had breakfast in the restaurant across the road which was also very good. Thank you so much to Emma for making our stay so perfect. I will definitely be staying here when im next in Leicester. X

Very good restaurant, very good food. Agata and Alan did a great job, we didn't have to wait for the food, the food was warm and looking at other hotels this is something new. The lady at the reception Emma was very nice and helpful she gave us extra pillows. The beds were mega comfortable.

Went to eat was told "obviously there no food before 6"..... I don't know I hadn't stayed here before..as the guy walked off.
Hotel is tired and needs some love, food is terrible after ordering at 6pm it arrived at 7.30.
Rooms bang average and again looking like they need a makeover.
I won't be back

I used to regularly use Premier Inns for work but this one put me off. I normally like Premier Inn because they generally give you the four things I want; a good bed, a hot power shower, a quiet room and a decent TV.

This one did not, I was in an accessible room but that was not the problem.
The bed was two single mattresses both were soft and saggy with a bit of a smell. They definitely should have been replaced a while ago.
The shower filled with accessable aid so much so that I keep touching the freezing cold metal. Especially as the water pressure was low and the temperature kept changing. There was no heating or towel radiator in the bathroom so I could not dry my towels and they didn't make up the room so couldn't get a replacement.
For a modern purpose built hotel the sound proofing was rubbish and I got worked up by the person in the room above me stomping round on the echoing floor.
The TV was ok a decent size with free view.

Add that the restaurant shuts at 20:45 so not much good if you are traveling late.

Next time I'm in that bit of Leicester I will not stay there again

Go up
