The staff were fabulous. The young lady who greeted me was very friendly and kind. The room was comfortable. There was a hole in our bed sheet. Breakfast was okay, but they always ran out of something be it plates or bread. There was an issue with the key cards as they didn't work twice but staff sorted that. An average stay but still enjoyable. The excellent staff made the stay enjoyable.

Hotel is situated just off Groby Road, near to all the facilities of Leicester town centre which is roughly a 10 -15 minute drive away. Check in staff were friendly and welcoming. Good standard of rooms with all you need for your stay. Tea and coffee making facilities with extra supplies on request. Daily room service is available should you require it and clean towels. Plenty of car parking space. We had an evening meal and lunch at the pub next to the Premier Inn, staff there were very friendly and helpful and the food was very good. Would definitely stay here again if a stay in Leicester is required for football matches.

Absolutely fine! Good value for what you pay. Beds are very comfortable and extra pillows as standard in zipped bag in the wardrobe. No complaints. Breakfast decent too. Not sure why other reviewers are complaining about the vibe of the rooms... Exactly what you expect from a budget hotel.

Me and my Mrs were staying at the primer inn from Friday to Sunday. In the early hours of Saturday morning about 1am there was a domestic between a female and male in the room next to us. There was shouting and screaming and the thuds against our walls were awful. We kept getting woken up and it was frightening for us both as the bangs against the wall were so loud it was like someone was being thrown against the wall. We had absolutely no sleep that night and went to reception to complain. However the 1 member of staff was already on the phone to the police. They arrived minutes later and one was taken away.|The male member of staff was absolutely brilliant with how he dealt with it. He was brilliant with us two as we were directly next door.|The following morning we were approached by a member of the premier inn staff to which they apologised again, offered us breakfast free of charge and have given us a card in which we can write a review and receive a refund. ||We hope the team read this and pass our thank you onto the female members of staff in the mornings, the male member of staff in the evenings and we will be returning because of them. You guys deserve a medal for how you helped us and dealt with that female and male. Thank you again.

This hotel represents the worst accommodation experience I have encountered. The safety and comfort of the room were severely compromised. Upon arrival in room 19, we discovered the room was excessively cold. Despite activating the heating system and leaving for the evening, the room remained frigid upon our return, with the heating unit emitting only cool air. My husband subsequently requested an alternative room due to the unacceptable temperature.

A member of staff delivered an oil-filled heater; however, my husband, due to his professional experience, identified that it lacked a current Portable Appliance Test (PAT) certification. The staff member retrieved the heater, subsequently returning it with a PAT sticker; although, I feel it was the same heater. Further inspection revealed that other items in the room also lacked current PAT testing, raising significant safety concerns. Later, at approximately 4:00 AM, a heavy headboard detached from the wall, striking both my husband and me. I sustained facial and bodily injuries, while my husband experienced a near-knockout blow. We put the head borad on the floor and tired to get some sleep. I didn't want to move rooms at 4am. They would probably be cold too. We reported the incident to reception the following morning, receiving a complaint form and contact information.

Never ever had this sort of problem in a premier inn ever!

The breakfast was amazing and was very plentiful, restaurant staff were friendly and very helpful, food was freshly cooked and very nice. Restaurant was clean and very welcoming, seating was comfortable. Plenty of cutlery, crockery. Lots of sauces and condiments. You could have as much toast as you wanted, fruit juice was nice to😊

No breakfast on offer. No communication the night before that this would happen. Two days in a row. Rooms not made up. Informed had to inform reception the night before. No messaging of such at reception or in room. Staff seems to not really care. No alternative breakfast suggestions. Nice hotel but needs a little TLC with interaction with guests. Take it or leave approach. A little different to how it is advertised.
