Stayed here for 2 nights while exploring Leicester. Very friendly and welcoming staff on reception to check you in. The hotel has a carvery restaurant right next to it which food is lovely there, especially the cakes wow really really generous size portions, very good value for money. Big and spacious rooms with everything needed for a perfect stay, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed, decent sized TV.

The rooms are very clean and smart. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. I had a great great nights sleep with the bed being very comfortable and the extra pillows proved helpful and are a great addition. Shower was clean and had great water pressure. Overall very happy with my stay.

Many thanks to you amazing staff member Celine. We arrived and our booking wasn’t on the system. She diligently checked all of the other Premier inns in the area to check we hadn’t booked the wrong hotel. It turned out our booking had failed at the payment stage on the website. She quickly found us 2 rooms. 5 Stars

I chose this Premier Inn as it was very close to Glenfield Hospital, where my OH was an in-patient. |Yes, the brown decor is tired, but the standard of cleanliness was very high, the bed was super comfy and there was proper hot water in the shower. Good parking. Plenty of tea & coffee available. 5 stars.|I would also give a shout-out to receptionists Celine and Abby, who were extremely helpful. 5 stars.|It was a pity the breakfast option was not in house. The nearby pub was not my scene. Lost a star here. |

The Room: Blocked shower requiring us to, once discovered after showering, use every available towel in the room to mop up the bathroom floor. Reported to reception and asked for replacement towels. We were assured both issues would be rectified. We left at midday to attend a function. Retuned at 9:00 pm to find neither the shower repaired or the towels replaced. TV didn't work.||||Restaurant: Absolutely disgusting. In fact it wasn't a restaurant, but a war zone. Used knives and forks strewn on the absolutely filthy carpet. Tables overflowing with used glasses sitting atop filthy tables. Even the menus you were supposed to use to order food from were sticky, stained and filthy. Staff walked past all of these horrors repeatedly and did nothing about them. No evidence of anyone managing the restaurant at all.

No issues, staff friendly and efficient, everything clean and as you'd expect. Good walking distance from the county offices and Glenfield hospital.

We stayed here on the 30th of November into 1st of December for work. We arrived in the evening after travelling from Southampton and was welcomed by a very friendly and welcoming member of staff at the reception desk. Celine was very professional throughout the process of checking in and recommended places to eat after our long journey. Celine is an asset to the team and the company and I will be making sure that we use this Premier inn again when we are working in the area. Thank you again Celine for your help, Adam & Steve.

I stay here as its booked through my work. The rooms are always clean, even if they are maybe a little tired.
Overall, a bit sterile.
