Nice clean and tidy motel. Friendly staff and very helpful. We had a family room and it was a great size. Could do with better air conditioning but that’s personal preference. We had two adults and a 14 year old in room 15. Spotless and quiet. Great for a stay in Lincoln as so close to city.

having just acquired my new electric vehicle I decided to go somewhere nearby. was pleasantly surprised by this little gem of a hotel that had free car parking and fabulous e v charging points probably just installed. I enjoyed drinking my favorite ale in the restaurant.

I always use premier inn for late bookings as I work around Lincolnshire a lot recently I stayed in quite a few. |This particular small premier inn was nice and cozy. |room very clean. easy to get to town and back using a main road.|restaurant next door average

I called to ask when the restaurant would shut as I had a long drive. The STUPID AI ‘Robot’ I was forced to deal with told me 22:00, I arrived at 21:20 to be told the restaurant was closed, and I couldn’t even get a drink. I was forced to find some crappy kebab shop as it was Sunday night and everywhere was closed, ate the worst kebab known to man, and spent the rest of the night feeling sick. I didn’t get a wink of sleep, so overall it was one of the worst stays in any hotel I have ever had. And by the way, I pre paid for my evening meal, so I would appreciate a refund for this. If I don’t hear back from you via this survey I will be making a formal complaint (That’s if I can get through to a real person instead of being forced to converse with a ridiculous chatbot)

Premier Inn's are not the quality budget hotel I used to use in the 15/20 years ago with my young family.||Prices obviously are a factor and they are no liner value for money. I only use them because they have so many locations throughout the UK.||They have clearly cut back on staff and the food offering is not the value for money it used to be. Very disappointing.

Good food at the Beefeater next door, staff were very friendly and helpful there as well as Premier Inn staff. Room quality is adequate, basic amenities are present however low ranking score due to water beetles being present within the rooms. We have witnessed 3 so far and are unable to tell where they come from.

We we attended an Awaken Event at the Lincoln showground, so we were looking for a cheapish hotel nearby with free parking as we were there for 3 nights. This hotel fitted the bill for us. It is right next to a Beefeater restaurant, so breakfast was just across the car park. Very helpful staff and a nice clean room. We would stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed in a Premier plus room which was very comfy.

The only down side was our room was really far away from reception and there was no lift which wasn't ideal as I sometimes struggle with balance on stairs.
