Staff at this particular hotel are very friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The manager Samawiya was very good it was refreshing to witness a young person enjoy their role.. I have no complaints whatsoever a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely return to this hotel.

On arrival we were greeted by Samauiya, who was helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The information Samauiya provided on check enhanced our experience. The hotel (as a whole) was clean and tidy. Our room was also clean and smelt fresh. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. We got all we needed, including high speed WiFi. The receptionist was very helpful and got us taken care of immediately. Pete was pleasant and took care of the room service request immediately. Location is fantastic too! We will definitely come back here again.

Rooms are looking tired. Second time I’ve visited this hotel, both times and both rooms could do with a splash of paint. The view was terrible but can understand this can sometimes be unavoidable but and this is where I say but , what saved the day was the member of staff called Katrina , she couldn’t do enough for us. I was staying there with friends as I was getting married the next day and she was very helpful and even gave us a complimentary drink so fair play to her. If she reads this post thanks Katrina for the use of your phone charger and making our stay welcoming. ?‍♂️?

The Receptionist allowed us early check in and it was a good service. This allowed me and my wife to settle in and relax instead of waiting for our check in time. Very convenient service. It is in a perfect location too, the parking is cheap for a whole day which is underground and I will definitely stay here again.

Great experience, needed to check-in early and I was delighted that Peter was able to|accommodate my needs promptly. From the moment I arrived, the entire process was handled with professionalism and care, ensuring a smooth start to my stay.|Our stay was trouble free and the room was clean. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Whilst this hotel is very well placed, and located just off the high street, that is about as good as it gets.
On arrival there was no one on reception, it was only 17:00.
Our room smelt of dirty water,room 214, but with no one to complain to and a pressing appointment to be attended to, we had to leave our cases in the room.
When we returned later, hopeful of arranging a room swap, unfortunately no was available.
The room was truly awful.
Not able to open a window to get fresh air into the room.
We had no choice other than to use the room for the night.
Our clothes stank of dirty water. The smell seemed to be engrained in our cases when we got home!
The restaurant roof is falling in.
The tables are all sticky and not well cleaned.
The breakfast was dried out and cold.
Only one person working in the restaurant.
By far the worst premier inn I have ever stayed at.

Our favourite hotel in Bexleyheath, we have stayed at the hotel a few times when visiting the area, has we have friends who live in Welling.||The staff always have a welcome for visitors. And some seem to go the extra mile for guests! There a few who stand out, Brian who has a lot of local knowledge, and can always suggest places to visit and knows the best take aways who delivery to the hotel. Also, the room cleaner Vilha who serviced our room 514, while we stayed and it was done to a high standard.
