Fabulous location, close to all amenities. Very quick and easy to travel into central London. Our morning waiter Ray was delightful, very efficient and friendly and always put a smile on our faces. Beds comfortable as always. Would prefer a fridge in the room

A great Premier Inn well located in Bromley, with shops, railway station nearby, bus links etc. easy access from St Marks Square with a car park underneath. Accommodation, reception and dining all very good. Staff are keen to make everything meet high standards. Will be there often!

Very nice stay. It’s a high quality basic hotel. I booked a premium room, it was very comfortable and the bed was excellent and easy for a ‘difficult’ sleeper to sleep in. All requests were followed up on very quickly and to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Good value clean and comfortable room and great shower in a convenient location a 2 minute walk from Bromley High Street with frequent buses and Bromley South Station with a 15 minute journey time to Victoria. The unlimited breakfast provides great choice.

We return to Bromley Premier Inn when ever we are in London. It like returning home to family. The staff,Josephe, Mursheda,Maria, Natasha, Roy and Vitória are wonderful. Always friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are very pleasant with a wonderful, comfortable bed. Would highly recommend a stay here.

A master class in customer service. Vittoria (manager) and her team are amazing! Vittoria instantly understood my dietary needs as a vegan and made the experience of having breakfast brilliant. Normally in a cafe or restaurant I really have to explain myself and frequently I have the wrong food presented. Vittoria not only normalised being vegan and having an allergy, but she gave me the confidence that I didn’t need to worry. Her attention and professionalism to providing a premium customer experience is second to none. A truly great experience - I would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Premier Inn Hotel Bromley is tremendous. The full English breakfast buffet at the Premier Inn Hotel Bromley is absolutely scrumptious and utterly mouth-watering. I go regularly and chef Maria is exceptionally good and overall the staff there are extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this particular hotel to friends and family.
