The staff are brilliant. They were all very warm, friendly and very helpful. Ram went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good experience at breakfast. Staff like this make the world a better place because they do their work cheerfully.||||The bathroom needs some repairs and the cleaning staff can do a much better job. We had a good night’s sleep though as the bed was very comfy and the warm was at a good temperature. ||||The hotel is a good location and offers free parking.

A good Premier Inn with some national restaurant chains for food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good parking at rear but the car park can get very busy out front. Clean and tidy and good value for money if you get the good deals

I went with my daughter who loves it here. We have a tradition of having movie nights here and having bath with the pink lighting but the room we stayed in this time didn't have the pink light features. Rom was very helpful as was one of the other girls but didn't catch her name. Thank you for giving me free breakfast on one of the days this really helped as a single father and my daughter only eats very little. I really appreciate.

I stayed at the croydon premier inn with my wife and kids when visiting my sister .
arrived late and was greeted by Sahid who was so helpful and polite.Then in the morning met Ram who worked at the reception, was really helpful with finding the breakfast room , and helped me with checking out.
The room was lovely , clean , tidy and warm.
Would recommend this hotel the staff so helpful and professional.

the entire building is in dire need of a clean up, the carpets are disgusting, the chairs are stained, cobwebs in the restaurant.|The receptionist needs retrained. We waited in the lobby 15 mins before he showed up on the phone, then continued his call and held up a finger to indicate to us to wait. When he finally hung up he then started to deal with our booking only to receive another call so he stopped and went into back room and had heated argument. Not very professional. When i went for breakfast he stopped me and told me that we need to pay. I advised him my partner had asked him to put 2 breakfasts on the bill but he was obviously to occupied with his phone.|The restaurant staff were very polite and the breakfast good although the room needs a deep clean especially the chairs.|All in all not really a very relaxing place to stay... needs a total overhaul and retraining program
