We stayed here on Friday and Saturday night. We stayed here a few times, so we weren't expecting anything more than basic. And that's exactly what it was. We arrived at 2:30, so half an hour before the official check-in time. Edwin, the guy that reception initially just turned around and stared at the oversized clock on the wall and turn around to us and said you are early. A comment which he repeated three or four times during our interaction with him. That said, he did check and our rooms were made available within the next 10 minutes so we were able to check in early. The rooms are very basic but on the whole clean and tidy and have the amenities you would expect. We stayed in room 226 and the bathroom really does need some attention. The shower fittings are quite lime scaled. Also the toilet bowl is stained and that needs a good thorough deep bleaching. As you always find in these kinds of places, noise can be heard from adjacent rooms and people need to be more considerate, but that's not the full of Travelodge that's the ignorance of other people.

We so loved our stay, the welcome we received on arrival after our long journey was so wonderful. The room was great very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, we all had the best nights sleep. Very quiet room and great for the family. Would highly recommend.

Having spent a night at your Croydon Premier Inn, this is to say how happy I was with the helpfulness and professionalism from everyone. ||First - Deva at reception booking me a ground floor room (I’m late eighties & stairs can be difficult!). ||A lovely evening meal with my friends, looked after by George and Callam in the beefeater.|Then a peaceful night in a most comfortable bed completed my day. ||I’d also like to say Thanks to The lady who looked after the bedrooms, wishing me a cheery good morning as I went to breakfast.||Jackie the breakfast coordinator was friendly and helpful. As was Bev on Reception, Jennifer in the Beefeater who waswelcoming whilst I waited for my friends to collect me.||So altogether a very pleasant time and again a very happy stay at a different Premier Inn.

A friendly welcome when checking in to the hotel. Nicely maintained rooms and communal spaces. Will stay again when working in the area as it was easy to park and well located. The restaurant is next door which is convenient and the whole experience was exactly what I expect from the chain.

The hotel itself is in a great location, staff are friendly and helpful, plenty of parking and all you'd expect from a Premier Inn but the walls are paper thin. |We've visited three times now and each time we've been kept awake by noisy families or on the last visit, snoring from the next room. We're not especially light sleepers but the building design is so poor, if you happen to be next to an occupied room then there will be noise. |We don't have a great deal of choice for hotels in the area so I honestly don't know whether we'll be back and if it wasn't for the noise it would be perfect but we never get a nights sleep. Obviously there's nothing that could be done to fix this, it's such a shame.
