Location 📍: The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from East Croydon train station, making it easily accessible and perfect for travelers relying on public transport.

Surrounding Area 🏨: Premier Inn East Croydon benefits from a good location with several nice restaurants and amenities nearby, offering plenty of dining options during your stay.

Hotel and Service 💁‍♂️: The hotel itself is decent, living up to its 3-star rating. The staff were friendly and helpful overall. However, during checkout, we experienced a delay as the reception desk was empty, and we had to wait 5–10 minutes for someone to assist us.

Price💷: The price is reasonable for the services provided, offering good value for money compared to similar accommodations.

Breakfast Experience 🥙: One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. It had a great variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

Overall🤔: Our stay at Premier Inn East Croydon was fine. While there were minor issues, such as the reception delay, the convenient location, decent facilities, and enjoyable breakfast made up for it. A solid choice for a short stay in the area.

We have stayed at this Premier Inn a few times now & I am always super impressed with it. It is in a great location right by the station. About 15 minutes into central London. Great room rates. Very clean. We always go for the Premier Plus rooms. Very quiet. Safe. Great staff. Great breakfasts. Highly recommend as an alternative to high central London prices and within an easy, quick route into central London to enjoy all it has to offer but not break the bank.

I’ve stayed at this Premier Inn on business on multiple occasions, and each visit has been a pleasure. One standout staff member is Teresa, who I finally had the chance to speak with this week. I’ve noticed her before, especially how great she is with children, encouraging them at the breakfast tables. It’s truly heartwarming to see her make such an effort, and her friendly demeanor, paired with her authentic London accent, makes her playful banter a joy to hear.

The hotel itself is fantastic. I have the choice of staying in different hotels, but I always come back to Premier Inn Plus. The quality of the rooms is exceptional—they’re comfortable, well-designed, and the soundproofing is fantastic. I often struggle to sleep in other hotels because of noise, but here, I always get a great night’s rest.

Between the excellent location, the incredible comfort, and the top-tier service (with Teresa being a standout example), this Premier Inn Plus is my go-to choice. I look forward to returning again very soon!

I've stayed at many Premier Inns this was one of the best, room was cleaned thoroughly before our stay, was spacious and large comfy bed with extra duvet or pillows if needed. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help even when we are in the restaurant on our last stay. Even though non smoking could provide a bin out the front as fag ends everywhere and not everyone walks to the nearby bin like myself. There is a Co Op store underneath the Hotel if need anything. My only fault with the hotel is floor needed repairing in one of the lifts. Was a very quiet hotel despite staying around Christmas so well insulated,we did have to ask several times for the heating to be put on in our room as it stopped working a few times. Worth staying as lovely and valued for money just cleaners need to hoover the hallways as we're not done during our stay

The room is lovely - I booked a Premier Plus Room. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. ||||However that was the end of the good experience. According to Premier Inn, with a Premier Plus room you will receive:||||- a coffee machine and coffee pods||- complimentary water||- a sweet treat||- Ultimate Wifi (free)||||I had a coffee machine with no pods! Useless. No sweet treat, no water, and connecting to Ultimate Wifi was £5, not free. ||||The room was on the 5th floor, and the lift seemed to stop at every floor. After an 9 hour train journey there, the last thing I wanted was to be traipsing down to reception to ask for the "Plus" extras like someone from Oliver Twist asking "Please Sir, Can I have more?" (More? There was nothing provided in the first place.)||||There were long black hairs in the shower, and a used tissue on the floor when I arrived. A glass had some kinds of weird substance at the bottom so I didn't want to use it

We don’t usually stay so far from London Ctr but all our usual|Places were fully booked. I thought this would be a nightmare for my family but it was not as I thought. All tubes went to Victoria and from there we could get the train to & from East Croydon station. The Premier Inn is literally outside the station and over the road. We had a family room for 3 of us. We needed extra towels but got them straight away, more pillows which we had in the drawer. The only issue I had was at breakfast one staff kept blocking the route in/out of our seating area with a chair she did not want any other families to sit in this area. This made it difficult for my 14 year old daughter when carrying drinks and food to try & move the chair to get to our table I did speak to this lady as this is a health and safety issue. I was disappointed to see that Premier Inn have followed Travelodge in having buffet style breakfast I always liked that you could order breakfast and it was made fresh at Premier Inn. Check in & out smooth and the they stored our luggage the man on the reception was extremely attentive and helpful. All in all happy with our stay good price and good location for us.

The room and the service were top notch, very helpful staff and the room was clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Location however, not so great, but this is more the town than the hotels fault. It's close to the side exit for East Croydon Station, so handy for travellers, however I would advise against using the under passes as they are unsanitary and you may not feel safe using them. If you need to cross a road, use the crossings, is my advice. Overall though a very positive experience.

Great and tasty breakfast. |Special words go to Teresa and Marcia for their great service during our stay!
