I recently stayed in premier inn ealing had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, specially receptionist amrit Always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities, including fast Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. The decor throughout the hotel was stylish yet cozy, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

As an older woman travelling on her own I always feel very safe at this hotel. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Option to leave luggage prior to room being ready or when leaving. Very comfortable bed. Was there when the weather outside was over 30 degrees and the hotel air conditioning was extremely welcome as was the fridge in my Premier Plus bedroom.

Travelled with 2 teenage boys and best mate- the room size was great to comfortably fit us all. The hotel staff at Ealing were amazing- nothing was too much trouble and attention to destination abd service was incredible. The hotel was easy to get too and London was a short tube journey away and this will be my go too for when I visit again!

We chose this hotel as it was in a good location for a base to explore London.|It was a lot cheaper than most of the other options so I was a bit concerned as to why this was. I needn't have worried, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was everything I've come to expect in a Premier Inn, they are my go to! Our room was clean, as was the bathroom. We did find there was no hot water out first night, but it turned out it had affected the whole hotel, by the time we came back to our room after a day in London, the hot water was fixed and we had no more issues for the rest of our stay.|The location is good, Ealing is a nice place to stay. The high street is well presented, and we felt safe walking there at night having been to the theatre. It's about a 10 minute walk to the tube, and then it's easy to get into central London. |I would 100% recommend this hotel, and we would chose to stay here again on our next visit to London.

Really great experience here this weekend. Yashika and Daria were both really attentive at Meal time and delivered very good service for me. Yashika explained the meal options very well and took great care in explaining to the kitchen my lactose intolerance. I thought that was very good to see. At a more general level I’ve found the staff here to be very attentive, warm, engaging and at times I’ve really enjoyed engaging in small talk. I think a great bunch of staff who are really well trained and can be relied on when you need assistance which is always reassuring, especially as someone who is Autistic. As a room for improvement I’d like to see mixed vegetables offered as a healthy alternative to chips. I think more fish dishes would be nice and options for sweet potato fries as well. The vegan dessert is fantastic but again as a thought you could offer more in that range. But definitely not sorbet as that is quite boring😂. Room was great. I would like to see new windows fitted that cut out the overwhelming sirens. God knows what goes on at night time in London but it’s pretty constant with the sirens. Not great if you suffer from sensory overload. You could even have Autistic friendly rooms that are quiet, soundproof and even have areas of the restaurant that may be made available for Autistic people so they can be left in peace without being right in the middle of people. I think if you did all that you’d well earn a shiny gold star and actually set a solid precedent in place. You could even be a hidden disability chain of hotels and have sunflower zones to better accommodate neurodivergent or in my case Autistic people.

Nicely set out rooms, clean as you would expect. On site parking with a good number of spaces available. There is a usual low amount of milk and coffee in the room but there is plenty at reception to help yourself. Breakfast was nice, a bit cold but that's expected when it's cooked before hand and laid out under heat lamps but nice none the less. Staff levels seem a bit low but all in all a pleasant stay.

Hello,We stayed for two nights and felt very good, the rooms were clean and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We were surprised by the fast and pleasant communication with the staff. Daria done a nice gesture and left us a little surprise. Thank you for your effort Daria!

Very nice and clean hotel. Excellent service especially the people who work in the breakfast service. Definitely reci it. It's near a subway station, only a few metres away and you can find whatever you need in the neighborhood.
