Nice location adjacent to a very nice restaurant / pub. The staff were very pleasant and helpful going out of their way to assist. We have used the location a number of times now and keep returning so it must be okay !. The rooms are a typical premier inn so you know what you are getting. The hotel does not have air con but fans are provided in hot weather. There is no breakfast facility at this hotel , but there are plenty nearby

We have stayed in this hotel on a couple of occasions all before an early flight. Previously we haven’t had any issues however on this occasion we had room 19 and it smelt horrific. Very bad damp smell, carpet felt cold and damp as well as the beds. We woke up to a slug moving up the wall! Raised my concern with reception and was told it was a known problem in rooms 19 and 20. Receptionist was nice and apologetic. So if you need a budget stay somewhere for the night it’s ideal but stay away from those 2 rooms.

My flight back to Gatwick was so severely delayed that I booked in here very last-minute as I was too tired to drive home. I checked in at 1am and left the next morning. It was perfect. Very clean and comfy, and ample easy parking. I had my earplugs in so didn’t hear the planes. No breakfast on site, and no lifts, but that wasn’t an issue for me. The chaps on reception were really friendly and cheerful, even at 1am!

This hotel was a great disappointment. From the 4.2 rating it has on google, I expected a pretty standard Premier Inn. However, upon checking into our room, it smelled absolutely awful. It was the mustiest room we've ever stayed in and the dampness of the room began bothering both of our noses within 5 minutes of being in the room. The smell never dissipated, and the day bed in the room had visible mold on the cover. We thought about asking for another room, but all the hallways smelled as bad as our hotel room did. In addition, the pub attached to the hotel closes pretty early for a pub and unfortunately stops selling food an hour before they close. I understand why, but for two people without a car and there being no other food within walking distance, it was rough. The public bus to get to the airport is fine, but I had hoped there might be a free shuttle considering how close it is by driving. This hotel is not easy to get to by public transit because of the timing of the busses. Because of all this, we decided not to stay at the hotel for the night we booked. However, the person we interacted with at the front desk was exceedingly kind.

We arrived at 1am, the reception guy was friendly and helpful and the checkin was smooth and quick.||The room was clean and cosy, the bathroom large and clean fluffy towels.||The bed was really comfy with plenty of pillows||The hairdryer good, plenty of tea and coffee, shampoo, etc||The TV is in a good position and the WiFi god.||A friendly face in the morning for check out. ||A perfect stay.

This hotel is very close to Gatwick south long stay car park. There is no phone signal within the hotel and the restaurant next door barely has any signal outside its doors. As it is close to the airport bring earplugs for a better nights sleep. On the day price was £61 not bad at all. Very comfortable bed.

The rooms and staff were the usual standard Premier Inn which is usually good. The 2 star overall review was down to the fact that when we stayed, we were given just 1 fan to cool the room plus the smallest of small window openings! The thermometer in the room read between 28 - 29.5C during the night, which is dangerously hot and offered us no chance of having a decent sleep! Our daughter slept in the bath for a few hours as it was the coolest place she could find!!! Premier Inn have been contacted but without reply!!! Not good enough by a long way!!!!

I stay here frequently. Some rooms are better than others but for me it’s the staff here that make this hotel. It doesn’t feel like a chain, more like an independent hotel as the staff here really care and go out of their way for you. They are why I keep returning.
