The restaurant service at London Gatwick Airport Manor Royal was outstanding, all thanks to Monika! While the hotel itself was okay—clean and convenient for a quick stay near the airport—the food was excellent, and Monika made our evening unforgettable.

She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of throughout the night. Her warm personality and professionalism truly stood out.

If you're staying here, make sure to visit the restaurant. With great food and Monika’s exceptional service, you won’t be disappointed!

Hotel is close to airport. You can use public transport every 10 minutes no.10 single is £3 or no.100. Not much around hotel. Hotel has restaurant, but did not used. At reception are checking in machines. We had little help from Hotel staff Jozef very friendly and helpful. Room is not big, but comfortable. We arrived late and departed early for our flight, so didn't used any hotel facilities. I think the price for the stay was reasonable.

Sofia was very attentive and helped to get our holiday started when we dined. We appreciated her care and interest in not only our dining experience but our whole stay and up coming travels. Just here for one night and have only been here an hour but already I am very impressed with this PI. From arrival all the staff were lovely. Very polite and eager to help. None more so though than Sofia in the restaurant. She managed to get me in at the time i wanted on a very busy night and was a pleasure throughout. Constantly checking I was happy with everything and making sure it was all top notch. I had a lovely meal, piping hot (they didn’t forget the garlic bread I opted out). And the wine was good too. Sofia is a credit to your team.
My room is beautiful. I have a premier plus room, very clean, nice and spacious and a great walk in shower!!! Can’t wait to jump into that infamous premier in bed, they’re always the best! 5* service. Thank you.

The new premier plus rooms are nice. Tastefully decorated and furnished. They do need consort out a few issues mainly with the food supply line. Very limited menu when I was there. I also thought that the food would be fresh cooked at breakfast not a buffet under heated lamps. This aside it was cleam and comfortable. The food was edible if not a great choice.

Fantastic location for Gatwick. We stayed here the night before our flight and on our return. Both times we were checked in very quickly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. There is a bus stop directly outside, catch the 100 bus and it will take you directly to the airport which only takes about 10 minutes and costs £2 pp ask at reception for bus times. Be extremely careful if you go into their car park, we parked there for 20 minutes to unload the cases and had to pay £2.50 including a promo code just for an hour. Food is served up to 10pm and the bar was open until midnight, the pizza was nice.,Friendly and helpful staff. If you book well in advance you may get it much cheaper, we only paid £44 each night. Tesco Express 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel has been renovated and the rooms now are really modern and the beds very comfortable. Without doubt the best deal is the dinner/breakfast meal deal for £29.99 and that includes a glass of wine! I was served by the most attentive and always smiling Sofia, who is a real credit to Premier Inn. If only all waitresses gave such a friendly service!|Overall an excellent stay which is amazing value for money.

Stayed here a couple of times and find the hotel to be super friendly. This evening in particular, I was served by Monika in restaurant. Monika clearly gets what it is to work in hospitality. She is warm, friendly, professional and throughly engaging. It seems to come naturally which is very nice and demonstrates that she is happy to be in work and provide her guest with a fantastic experience. The hospitality industry needs more Monica’s x
