Airport hotels can be expensive, but this Premier Inn, a short bus ride from Gatwick Airport, steals the show on price. Yes, it’s a little old and tired even, but the rooms are a nice size with a comfy bed and en-suite bathroom. There are tea making facilities in the room and complimentary hot drinks at reception. The staff is helpful and pleasant. The hotel does good deals on breakfast and dinner, too. It’s hard to beat on an overnight stay. Local buses can get you to the Inn nice and quickly. Not a bad find.

It's a Premier Inn so you know what to expect and the facilities are typical of the Brand. The welcome is warm and genuine and the breakfasts good and plentiful. I stay here reasonably frequently through work and have never been dissappinted. Plentiful parking is a bonus as I drive a coach not at the airport but close enough and with an easy access bus service from the stop on the main road if required. Adjacent is a charming pub that does good food at lunch and in the evening complementing nicely the Premier Inn full English.

We stayed here before an early morning flight out of Gatwick. We emailed ahead and requested a room on the top floor in a quiet position away from overlooking the front entrance or nearby pub. We were really happy with the room that we were given but it was very frustrating to find that the only lift that they have was out of order which was not mentioned when checking in. This made lugging 3 heavy cases and 2 bags up 2 flights of stairs very tiring! Our room was starting to look tired as was the rest of the hotel however our room was quiet! With the prices continuing to rise maybe it’s time to start looking at alternative accommodation before flying out from Gatwick.

A very comfortable overnight stay for an early flight the next morning. We had a very nice meal in the pub/restaurant that evening. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We booked two rooms - one for us as a couple and one for our daughter. Both rooms were great.

Our over night return flight landed really early and we turned up at the hotel at 0830 for our early checkin. We knew it was a risk turning up 4 hours early... but the duty manager was EXCELLENT! He saw we had a 2 year old and rallied his team to get a room ready for us as quickly as they could. 20 minutes later we were sorted!! I'm not saying this can happen all the time for everyone but it happened for us when we needed it to.... very very grateful!!

The room was really nice and comfortable and the hotel was in a lovely location next door to a bar/restaurant. The room was clean and spacious and thr hotel had a later than most check out time which was great for a lie in. Although we didn't have breakfast it did smell great.

The room was adequate but the noise from people upstairs was a pain, especialy when you have an early start and just need to sleep. The fact that the lift was out of order yet again, for the out trip, and the return a week later is maybe OK for younger fit people, but a hardship for older less mobile ones makes you wonder on the policy for older guests Breakfast was resonable at the older price but the big increse now makes it a bit of a micky take. Overall it was OK but improvements need sorting to make us want to return.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly smiling staff member who told us all we needed to know and advised us about the nearby pub.
Breakfast had an excellent choice and again tge staff were super helpful and friendly.
