Recently stayed at premier inn and had the most lovely experience from many team members! Thank you so much Janette for making our stay even more comfortable. Janette was so lovely, from the moment we walked in she had a wonderful smile which made her very approachable! She was friendly and was able to help us check- in. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would like to also thank the tall gentleman with glasses for double checking if everything was okay with our stay, he was professional and kind. Thank you everyone for making our stay even more memorable.

Stayed to watch Dua Lipa at a Wembley. Tube station five mins away and on central line. Westfield so close. Lovely pub next door with great menu. Spacious rooms but what sets this hotel apart are the lovely staff. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. A credit to the hotel and would stay again.

Great stay at the Premier Inn! Clean and comfortable room! The room was well maintained and the size was perfect for us we all had a really good sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful- thank you Janette and Jurell. Check-in was quick, and the location was perfect for getting around. Highly recommend for a hassle-free experience.

We stayed at Premier Inn Greenford with my three children and had a truly wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, the customer service was exceptional. A special thanks to the hotel manager, Ranvir, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating—he made sure all our needs were met and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The rooms were clean and the atmosphere was welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family. Thank you for such a smooth and enjoyable stay!

Me and my daughter stayed here after a concert. Staff were very friendly and room was clean on arrival. Also had a breakfast though the hotel which was very nice. Would highly recommend staying here

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst sightseeing in London. Located a short walk from Perivale Station, we were able to travel to and from the city easily.
Having used Premier Inn's many times before, I'm used to the standard of service generally offered, although the team here were far more personable and friendly, exceeding our expectations and giving us lots of advice to make our trip even more memorable.
We'll definitely be returning in future.

Pleasant enough room but tired and bathroom smelt damp. Breakfast appalling and not provided by PI but the pub next door. Would not recommend. Free parking and quick central line link was useful however, but not enough to justify the rest of it being so poor compared to other PI sites

Location is in zone 4 with a 7 minute walk to tube. Rooms are basic. Breakfast is in pub next door... its ok as a base. Free parking is a bonus.. it cost 12.80 a day on the tube to go back and forth... so decide on if it's worth it. Not great. Not awful.
