Me and my mom stayed at this Premier Inn for the Guns N' Roses concert in June - as did many of the people staying - and it was the best hotel experience both of us have had! It truly beats the experience of some 4 and 5 star hotels in London, which was baffling. The self check-in was broken when we arrived, but we preferred checking in with a person anyway, and the staff were lovely. They were attentive, friendly, and had a nice chat with us on arrival. Our room was the cleanest we've seen in London - there wasn't even a speck of dust anywhere. The toilet paper being single sheets in a dispenser was inconvenient, but it wasn't enough of a downer for me to put the rating below 5 stars. The bathroom was perfect, the collection of amenities - with a SPOTLESS kettle - were ideal, and the beds were super comfy. Checking out was just as easy and friendly. Plus, the area is right by two different tube stations, making it the absolute ideal place to stay. We'll be coming back for every concert in London!

Friendly check in staff, good sized car park. Unfortunately the Beefeater building looks shabby so gives the wrong impression of the Premier Inn as a whole but the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Not enough towels but this was quickly resolved by the reception staff. The breakfast was good and the staff were attentive to discuss food allergies and were very helpful. If you are going to Wembley for a sporting event it's a very convenient place to stay but the bar shut at 9.30 on Fri/Sat night so go else where if you want to celebrate, the staff were run off their feet but doing their best to accommodate people.

Really good experience with excellent customer service. Especially by Michael, the night receptionist. He couldnt be more helpful, friendly and professional. ||Fully air conditioned clean room, Great night sleep. The Beefeater next door had good food and equally kind and friendly with overall great customer service.

Although rooms are dated they are spotless, linen and towels and cups are immaculate! Staff here are so friendly, very polite and helpful. In a great location for transport around London. Decent rates, car park is £8 for 24 hours. Breakfast at £11 was fab, good quality produce and all you can eat. Staff in restaurant also polite and friendly. Would recommend and I’ll be returning again.

Great for station but noisy as trains really close. Very hot but when we asked they had run out of fans so couldn't shut windows. Staff were lovely. Room spotless but tiny awkward bathroom. Probably would not go back. Great breakfast though!

Noisy, not just 100 yrds from the train station but about 30 ft from the train line! Doors not working, sinks not unplugging (was told to give it a bash!) Changed rooms due to being unable to get in and out without an escort to a room whose key worked. In the morning was interrupted by a cleaning lady who just walked in on me and my son wondering whether to stay another night! Apologetic afterwards. Reception staff very lovely about the issues. Feels like they are a bit used to them. Bed was comfortable.

Room was clean and tidy. We stayed a week, 2 adults and 1 child so more wardrobe space /hooks would have been ideal. Also could have done with an extra cup as there was 3 of us not 2, maybe a little more attention to detail. Bed were comfy. A little noisy as near train tracks but nothing the hotel can do about that. The milk in the room was off, the shower was poor quality.
Service was okay, asked for the child's bed to be changed due to a little accident but didn't get done, child has to sleep in a bed with no sheets on bed. Waited at the reception desk a few times in the morning before heading out to book breakfast for next day which did cause delays on the itinerary we had planned for the day, to then find the reception Staff in the restaurant chatting. Staff at breakfast was lovely and helpful, apart from one guy who I found rude and too busy on his phone or ordering his own breakfast when other customers were either talking to him or waited to be seated. The toilets in the beefeater were a disgrace especially the men's. There was only one female toilet in use for the whole restaurant the whole week we where there. The menu is simple and okay food. The grounds around the hotel could do with a bit of TLC I.E weeds pulling up as it was over growing, litter picking up, and railings fixed. The offer of drinks is limited. Although I must say the lady on arrival was very helpful and very welcoming.
Surrounding area looks rough and some really dodgy looking people about. But a good location for getting to and from central London.

Don’t go to this hotel if it’s more than 19 degrees ** IT IS NOT AIR CONDITIONED** inspite of what the website leads you to believe. ||My daughters and I had the misfortune of staying here on Saturday night after a Wembley concert when it was 31 degrees, we stayed in room 224 which had a card in saying ‘the ventilation is not a cooling system’ and a rubbish little fan, in addition the ‘safety features’ of the window meant you couldn’t really open that either so we had the worst sleep eve!! ||Tried taking up with ‘Alicia’in guest services and they just aren’t interested. BE WARY, there is no such thing as a good night sleep guarantee with premier inn unless you go and complain on the day to reception (which was a bit difficult for me having driven 200 miles and just wanting to get to bed) ||Hot tip- if you’re too hot, just sleep in the air conditioning corridors which are lovely and cool!
