Great for a weekend stay. I was made very welcome by very efficient reception staff who gave me clear advice on rooms, meal times and other things. I had an included meal and breakfast which was excellent and the service polite and quick. For a metropolitan hotel I think this one to be ranked as one of the best. It served my purposes perfectly and with easy free car parking immediately outside after 6.30pm until 8.30 it would be difficult to fault.

Check in queue was horrendous, no exaggeration queued down corridor past some rooms. Only one person checking people in manually and both self check ins kept going out of order. No towels in the room but were given some when asked. Room very clean and comfortable, only usb socket in the room wasn't working. Only shower was over the bath. Location was very good for what we needed. Breakfast was good. On 5 floors and there are 2 lifts but usually only one working at a time.

This is our 4th times to stay in this hotel.||We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It’s a lovely place to stay — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We all loved it! The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

Not overly impressed with my stay which is a shame as I've never had an issue with Premier inns before.||Firstly the check in was diabolical, the system was down so took the best part of 1hr (not the first time it's happened apparently) elivator 1 didn't work which there was no signs stating so, the hotel is far from soundproof so I didn't get a wink of sleep most of the night due to doors slamming, toilets flushing etc so ended up oversleeping & missing breakfast which I paid for. I had to unblock the extractor in the bathroom as running the shower turned it into a sauna, even then the bathroom wasn't clean. If I came back to the Wembley area I'd probably look elsewhere as the above issues kind of ruined my trip which was to see GNR at the stadium

I recently completed a 7-night stay at your hotel and, overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation and service. However, I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the free WiFi provided during my stay.||||From the first day, I experienced persistent issues with connecting to the internet. Basic web pages would not load, and it was nearly impossible to send messages or perform even simple browsing tasks. I reported this issue to the front desk daily and even demonstrated the problem using my phone at reception. Despite this, the issue remained unresolved for the entire duration of my stay.||||Speed tests consistently showed a download speed of less than 1 Mbps, which renders the WiFi effectively non-functional. This is not just an inconvenience; it suggests that the so-called “free WiFi” does not meet even basic usability standards.||||What is particularly concerning is that I encountered the exact same issue during a previous stay at Premier Inn Harrow. This raises the question of whether the poor performance of the free WiFi is a deliberate strategy to encourage guests to pay for the “Ultimate WiFi” upgrade at £5 per night. If so, this feels misleading and unfair — more akin to coercion than a value-added service.||||I urge Premier Inn to thoroughly review the performance of its WiFi service and to hold its internet provider accountable. As a reputable hospitality brand, your commitment to guest satisfaction should include providing basic, functional internet access as advertised. Continuing to offer non-functional “free WiFi” not only damages trust, but also puts your brand reputation at risk.||||Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. Very hard to reach the hotel on phone, I tried for a week without success. Hotel is a bit worn, but very clean. Breakfast was great.||Beds are comfy, and the rooms were very quiet - its a great location for calm environments, even if its a bit far from downtown. ||So many places to eat close by - and if you travel downtown, go via hendon central, its by far the easiest route. Not my first choice when it comes to accessibility, but not the worst.

My reviews must seem so boring as I'm not one of these people that take photos of every little crumb and cobweb. I'm a realist and can understand a little weary and tear, not that I'm saying there were a lot of signs of it here. Just your typical Premier Inn with everything that you would expect. Yes they could offer nicer coffee than Nescafé but there's nothing stopping you bringing your own. There's a Sainsbury's just a short walk away for anything you might need. The most important feature this hotel has is air cooling and believe me it's effective. 31 degrees outside yet icy cool on the inside. The location isn't that great, Hendon Thameslink station isn't far away, about a 15 minute walk or a short bus ride. But definitely consider it if you want to save some money over the more central hotels and if you want to stay cool 😎

Friendly staff and decent enough room for the price. Was very confused by the card needing to be in a slot for the electrics to work and wish this was explained at the check in desk. Right near a bus stop to go towards wembley and a short distance walk from the northern line.
