The beds are very comfy. The hotel is clean. But the temperature of the room meant we woke up a few times. The rooms were very quiet though, which was great.||||The car park is handy, just next to the hotel. It's £6 per day which is a very fair price. You drive in the through the barrier furthest away from the hotel, just press the buzzer and they let you in. Then pay at reception. The other barrier is the exit, which is automatic. It's a 24hr carpark.||||We booked a twin room. We paid extra for the privilege! To get 2 single beds. However when we got to our room, it was a large bed and a sofa bed. We went down to reception and spoke to a lady, we went round and round in circles. Not once did she offer us a twin room, what we paid for. She made us feel like they didn't have them in the Sidcup branch. Then in the morning when the some rooms were being cleaned, we saw a bedroom with 2 single beds, so they did. We didn't bother with another conversation at reception about though, as we felt like we had reached a dead end.||||There was a very strong smell of marijuana in the lift and entrance. I have very poor sense of smell after having covid even I thought that it smelt very strong.||||The rooms were very hot and you couldn't open the windows and the air-conditioning would only go down to 19°||||We went for tea on the first night in restaurant, we were a table of 6 and all ordered different meals, they were all hot and as ordered. The service was ok. The restaurant was very hot though.||||The staff in the morning at breakfast were lovely, very polite, a lovely warm welcome, they were helpful and chatty. It was nice.||||We were on level 3, and on 3 occasions our key cards didn't work when we got upstairs to the door in the corridor where we had to tap our cards to walk down to our room. It was a bit frustrating that we Then had to go back down, wait for someone to come reception, get a new card and then go back up.||||We wouldn't jump at recommending this branch to a friend. It has put me off booking a Premier inn down south, at the prices in London and the surrounding areas. We expected better and have had better experiences at other Premier inns.

Came to stay here with my mum as it's my Auntie and Uncles 60th wedding anniversary.
I'm disabled with a wheelchair and I think it's absolutely brilliant. I realised before we came I only book 1 room with 2 adults in the accessible room, I phoned and they said they'd happily separate the beds for us. Which is lovely.
Without doubt the best Premier Inn we've stayed in..rooms are spaces and clean. Also they're absolutely beautiful..only note is that it'll be nicer to have a lower Vanity Mirror, was a bit tricky getting ready. Absolutely love the lowered bath was so easy to get in and out and perfect for a relax.
The staff are absolutely delightful and incredibly helpful. Easy to manoeuvre for wheelchair users throughout.
Definitely will be staying here again when back visiting the family. Thank you so much!

We stayed here for one night as we were going to a concert at the 02, the price was very reasonable and the staff on check in were very attentive and helpful particularly Hannah who was very friendly. |Our rooms were really spacious, clean and comfortable. |Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of staying.

The purpose of the stay was to try out a Premier Plus room. The room was ok but not what we were hoping for. The shower is still located in the bath and instead of a curtain there was a glass shower panel with a handle fixed directy to the glass. It was difficult to get in and out of the shower as the only holding point was the handle mentioned, which we felt was unsafe.The pillows were OK as they always are. The bed was comfortable but unlike my last Premier Inn stay I did not sleep well. Unfortunately, there was only one lift functioning the other also had a problem whereby a staff member had to run up to the fourth floor and send it down to reception as the call button was faulty.

We spent 3 nights hear bed & breakfast it was beautiful and the staff were all lovely from the start to the finish would recommend this hotel.
The carpark is clean and tidy with 24hr CTV coverage at £6 per day but well worth it.
The hotel is very clean through out the only little gripe we had you could not open a window and the room was boiling had to get a fan from reception because we both felt over heated we were in room 330 the reception manager went out of her way 100% to make our room cooler she also said our air conditioning was turned off so she sorted that out as well.
Well worth a visit breakfast plenty of choice and unlimited will be returning thanks everyone.

Like many premier inns, this one has all of the standard good quality. However my bathroom sink was blocked and the staff all seemed downbeat. There is a reasonably priced car park next to the hotel, and so that's a positive.

I came to Premier Inn Sidcup for breakfast with my family. The served we received from Amena and Lauren was incredible. They knew it was my daughter’s birthday and had hand made a banner, put balloons out and had laid on treats for them as well.||They truly went above and beyond and made my daughter feel amazing.

Cher and Amena was fantastic on breakfast Thursday morning! Gave my son a fruit shoot because he was allergic to the orange juice. They were both lovely girls who had the biggest smiles on there face the whole time! The detail and effort to helping out people with allergies is phenom!!!!
