This was the first time I stayed in a Premier Inn, and we stayed here as it was closest to a wedding we were attending nearby. I have to say, the staff were lovely, welcoming and friendly from the check-in chap to the cleaners in the morning. ||||Had a good laugh with the chap who checked us in (I wish I'd gotten his name, he was relatively new) and he very kindly made sure we got our breakfast booked in, and even linked our booking with another friend who was staying in the hotel too so we ate together. The hotel is very much functional, set up for staying for the event for the night. That's a good thing! They know what they do, and they do it well! You need a key to get into the corridor for the rooms, and there are signed all along the stairs reminding us all to be quiet. The room was clean, well maintained and the window was left open so it was nice and cool. The bed is super comfortable, and they have lovely baylis and harding soap and shampoo in the bathroom. They also have a light-up mirror where the hairdresser is plugged in, which is very considerate for doing your make-up and hair in the morning. The cleaners were very sweet, and wished us a great day at the wedding as we were leaving and they were coming into clean the room. ||||Great stay, and if you're in the area for an event and need a warm, safe and clean place to stay, I'd recommend here!

This is a standard Premier Inn except they want £3 a night to park. The wifi is oainfully slow (could not downloas a 1mb attachment or have a Teams call). Apert fromvyhat, the sray was great.||Breakfast is not a buffet but is therefore hotter when brught to the table. ||The area is quiet and close to the city. Good access to supermarkets etc.

A good location next to the main roads and 30 mins from Manchester. The premier inns are pretty standard you know what you're getting. The staff in the Beefeater next door were great. Brilliant customer service ?

Stayed here whilst visiting Cheshire Fest 24. The hotel was extremely clean and tidy and our room was spotless.||The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and I managed to sleep the whole night (very unusual for me). ||The staff were friendly and very helpful even giving us top ups on the team and coffee in our room. ||The location is very quiet and peacefull with ample parking.||Great value for money made even better having a Beefeater restaurant next door.

Clean and appears a relatively new Premier inn
They have currently stopped the £7 per night parking charge which was welcome.

WiFi is terrible , standard WiFi averaging 0.55mps download speed so useless to do any work , the paid ‘premium ‘ WiFi wasn’t any better!

Friendly service in the adjoining Beefeater for dinner . It was however disappointing that despite breakfast being paid for , turned up in the morning to be told no chef therefore no cooked breakfast available with no instruction on how a refund can be arranged .

I would stay here again on business providing the WiFi is fixed

We had a nice stay at premier inn. The room was very clean. We had a shower that broke by they provided another room for us. The breakfasts were nice with a good selection of foods. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Overall a good experience.

As a regular user at premier inn north for over 25 years . iv heard it’s £7 a day parking now so won’t be staying there anymore. As it is out of town the attraction was it had a lovey big car park and only ever quarter full. Now that iv looked around there’s loads of places to stay around Macclesfield that don’t charge parking like premier inn south at the moment ?

Here you're welcomed with a smile ?.
Room was spotless , bed was soooooooooooo comfortable,.
Breakfast was very nice, staff were pleasant and professional.
Definitely received staying here and will stay again.
