Staff were great and super helpful. Only stayed for one night but made the most of the meal deal and wasn’t disappointed. Dinner was great and breakfast was fantastic. Beds and rooms were comfortable. Staff moved out party to adjoining rooms which was very convenient. Only downside was lack of parking but car park is less than 100m away.

I enjoyed everything about the hotel, location was great and room was gorgeous and lovely bed. I had my dinner upon arrival, I had the chicken Makhani curry which was beautiful. I ordered the passion fruit drink which I love too. The experience was good

Poor customer experience from staff. They were just simply miserable. reception was tired and things were broken which had been like it for some time. Room was tired, bathroom was very musky and damp. Bed was comfortable though! Location is great, but its just a bit of a dump. OK if you are just using it for somewhere to sleep and are happy to be treated by miserable staff!

This hotel is beyond doubt the best premier inn I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in a few! The level of service is exemplary!|I have stayed in top end hotels and honestly would rather stay here..|I have to give a mention to Chris in the restaurant. We met him on both mornings we were there. What an absolute legend.. seriously this man needs an award for service.. I wouldn’t have been surprised to hear he had worked in the Savoy !

Without doubt one of the friendliest hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. The staff make this place awesome! I’ve stayed a few times now and have always had exceptional service.
Definitely stay here whenever I’m in the area!

Location close to the station, a quiet neighborhood which allows for a good night sleep. Excellent bed. Good isolation in the rooms, enough space for everything, although we missed an extra chair and being able to open the window. The breakfast was very good quality-price. Staff were wondeful.
