As usual love staying here as the staff do try and go that extra length to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Room was clean and tidy, restaurant needs some work as looking tired with a limited menu, but am understanding that is waiting renovation. ||Big thank you to Wendy W

Awful hotel you get a megawatt allowance per room and it shuts off your heating when you reach this limit. My mother had to sleep in layers of clothes to keep warm! A my parents only got 1 towel between the 2 of them. Shocking stuff!!!!

I have been this premier inn and all I can say is, I won’t be back as the manager needs a reality check, she clearly doesn’t know what she is doing, and it’s nothing to do with the language barrier that was implied from staff…. Where is the other manager? Lady with long hair and glasses, think her name is Tracey|The welcome was not as good as previous stays and when I got to the room, it was seriously cold as the heating was turned on to cool air, there was no towels in the room and one solitary teabag… I think the poor housekeepers are over worked.|The restaurant was a sad state of affairs with not alot of people eating and I found out, really not good, so breakfast was a no no for me….|Will look for somewhere else to stay in future, plenty of competitive hotels around the area

Hotel is in the backend of nowhere. Room was ok, clean but not very comfortable. Breakfast service was terrible. Waited nearly 40 minutes for some poached eggs and sausages when the restaurant was quiet, for the sausages to come out hard and burned and the poached eggs were rock solid. Overall, not very good in any aspect for me other than cleanliness. Very poor from a nationwide chain

I chose this hotel as it was a perfect location for a business meeting that I had to attend the following day. I was very impressed with every aspect of my stay. The girls on Reception were both friendly and very helpful. My room was clean and comfortable and I had an excellent night's sleep. I did not eat in the Restaurant so cannot comment on the food etc but will certainly give it a go next time I stay.

Old and a bit run down, but room clean and bed comfortable, car parking ok, restaurant is huge and had 3 people in it, tables where nice and sticky in the bar, poor selection of drinks|Breakfast was ok and well served, not sure what the meal would be like in the evening meal would be like but small selection of meals

This Premier Inn located in Leybourne is very well connected to major road routes. Do be aware the roads are highly contested at peak travel times.
The hotel itself is the usual good clean standard and I can always get a good nights sleep in the comfortable bed. The only current problem is the restaurant and bar next door. Premier Inn has recently taken over the bar and restaurant that was closed by the previous owners. They intent on relocating the kitchen and restaurant Snd adding more bedrooms. The current staff ration dealing with breakfast is far from adequate. One member on front line taking hot food orders and seating people and refreshing the self service areas and one or two staff in the kitchen. The breakfast is good value but be prepared to wait at weekends. The evening menu is very limited to basic heat and eat items like chips, pizza, pasta and frozen fish. Not the usual standards you’re used to if you’ve patronised the establishments over the years.

Stayed at the hotel a few weeks ago and the staff were so friendly and always happy to help. Location was good as it wasn’t too far from shops and restaurants. Food served at the hotel was good value for money. We had such a lovely stay and would definitely book again
