Great location the rooms could do with a bit of updating though as they are a bit tired.
I’d like to mention Laura who was fantastic with helping my parents with their visit this week. She helped them with their luggage up to their room which I know isn’t part of her job role! So thank you very much for that!

Fantastic staff. Extremely helpful. No request is ever too much. Nice room, decent beds. Staff always have a smile on there face. Room cleaned nicely on a daily basis. Good storage in the room. Fluffy pillows and mattress. Had a really pleasant stay.

We arrived at about 7.30pm on a Thursday evening as a family of four on our way back from Paris. There was nobody on reception and we waited a while. Not particularly friendly or helpful staff.
Room- the rooms are looking run down, dirty, blood stains on the back of doors. Towel hooks missing from the walls in the bathrooms.
Very noisy kitchen fans outside the room and a regular train noise.
Overall wouldn’t recommend but we were desperate. In hindsight I wish we’d have just continued the 4 hour journey home to Devon!

Very clean comfortable room. The bed was super comfy. Spacious. Quiet.||Unlimited breakfast was amazing for one day, but we did not want it every day on our stay, so for the other days we made use of Greggs in the garage directly near reception. Perfect.

I've never stayed at a chain hotel where I've not been able to get breakfast in the morning. We didn't want to book because we had no idea what time we'd be up in the morning, and then the beefeater was fully booked when we went and asked for a table. The server said they always book up on Sundays so it would have been nice to be made aware of this when we booked our room. So if you're staying on a weekend then book ahead for breakfast.

Room was nice and big, bed was fairly comfy, but a bit hard. Good vanity area for getting ready, good size wardrobe. Basic TV and amenities. Water pressure was abysmal, I had a wedding to go to and needed to wash my hair beforehand but there's just no way I could have rinsed my hair properly.

Cleaning staff or somone was up slamming doors at 8am in the morning which woke us up. We got to bed at 2am so had a lovely 6 hours sleep...

Rooms to be expected from Premier Inn. Clean, comfy bed. All staff we accounted were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast one morning and it was great, very filling. The last morning we were in a rush so had a quick greggs from the garage. Good location for easy access to the motorways. Will stay again if in the area

Stayed here with my partner this week - what an amazing stay I had. Team were super friendly & very attentive. Bathroom was lovely and clean. Can’t wait to come back on the next trip to Sevenoaks. thank you premier inn for another amazing stay 🙂

Good location and amenities. Main bedroom as expected in appearance and layout and age. Bathroom was more tired and felt basic. The main issue was our room 125 smelt horrendously of damp. As we were over for a whistle-stop and were running late - we arrived and went straight out. In fairness, we would typically have fed back immediately to give the hotel a chance to resolve it. As we didn't we cannot comment on how Premier Inn would have responded, though given the obvious and over powering nature, perhaps it is an ongoing problem with this room?
