Location of the hotel is excellent, as there's a Tesco, McDonalds and Pub in close proximity. I'd like to thank Tracey for her welcome at the front desk, she was really nice and helped when we had questions. She also been really accommodating when we ask for help.

Location of the hotel is fab. McDonald’s and Tesco is on your door step, it is also attached onto a pub and grill with a wacky wearhouse for children! We was greeted with such a lovely women named Tracey, who answered all questions we had, very friendly and even acknowledged our little girl and offered her a lollipop! Will definitely be coming back here to stay:)

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were lovely, room was spotless, check in was quick and easy, room was the correct temperature and the TV actually worked properly. Staff always available when needed. Restaurant next door (Mottram Inn) was good value and had friendly staff. The area around the hotel has some beautiful countryside and it is easy to get to Central Manchester or Glossop by train from Hattersley Station 10 minutes walk down the round. The bus service here is good too, but the ride to central Manchester takes around an hour so train is best. Tesco and McDonalds are just outside which is useful, and there is some great country walks nearby. Hope to come back next year - ideally in the summer so that I can see the sunset from Werneth Low. Finally, this is a good place to come if you want a quiet rural/Peak District/walking holiday, as I don't think they get many tourists here, and it seems great that you can stay in a budget hotel like this one and it is probably more enjoyable and more relaxed and welcoming than if you are staying in an expensive 5 star hotel.

Excellent service, rooms are always very clean and tidy. Staff are always very friendly, welcoming and helpful and in particular Chloe and Gemma on Reception. Check in is easy and straight forward with no complications. We always have a very comfortable stay here.

The staff were very helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Needed an ironing board, no problem. Slight little niggle, could be a bit noisy at night with the restaurant being next door, but I was so tired, soon got to sleep. Would definitely stay again.

We stay here often on our trips down to see family and to pick up grandchildren and take them back to our house for a holiday. The welcome we get from all the staff is lovely and very friendly. We know their names and they call us by name. Reception and bedrooms are always clean and cosy and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We will be back to see you all soon

The hotel staff were really really helpful Tracey was really helpful got me an extension lead for my breathing machine so I could use it would go again. The breakfast was really good as well the staff and service was excellent . I will recommend this premier inn to my friends

Our first time staying here. Fab check-in, very quick and easy. Asked about my room and they moved it closer to my friends.
Room - clean.
Bed - very comfy.
Bathroom - what a wonderful shower, and very clean.
Ensured heating was off, opened window.
Breakfast - Fantastic, amazing variety, hot, spot on.
