We stayed here for a week in January, our overall experience was good but there were a few things that let the hotel down. A lot of workmen stay here meaning there’s a lot of heavy stomping at 6/7am, and dried mud being trodden down the stairs. The room itself was clean, but it looked as if it used to be a room for families as it had a massive empty space between the double bed and window which felt weird. The side of the bath was also collapsing inwards and we found a curly hair in the bath. Our days were made better by the lovely breakfast and the charming service of Kerry every morning! Overall it was a good stay in a good location, just a few things could be improved to make it feel more cared for!

We've stayed in quite a few premier inns. When we arrived to check in to this one, the system was down, and there was a bit of a queue, but the man on the desk handled it very calmly and professionally!
The staff in the restaurant were very polite and attentive too! And the food was nice! Would definitely come back here!
Plenty of parking and perfect location for us seeing family nearby.
Only negative is there isn't a lift!

Very Happy with the experience in staying in this hotel, staff so friendly, extra pillows for home comforts. We ate in the nearby restaurant adjoining to the hotel, it was a Table Table restaurant, very good food, the staff was friendly and very helpful, especially with my youngest daughter where she has a seed and nut allergy, so she was given super attention. We stay and eat here again. High recommend

Hotel is what you expect for a premier inn, comfy beds and pillows, although our heating wasn’t working. Cleanliness of room they need to look behind doors very dusty . Staff on reception friendly. Drinks machine not working though bar closed at 10 so if thirsty couldn’t get a drink.

This is the friendliest Premier Inn I've ever stayed at! The receptionists, wait staff and cleaners were all absolutely delightful. Rooms were fine, breakfast was fine and hot. Its actually outside Market Harborough but there is a bus that goes to the centre.

Grumpy, very unfriendly receptionist, as if our arrival was a burden to her existence. No eye contact, or smile. Our room was spotless and comfortable, but had the noisiest WC fan in my lifetime's experience, meaning my partner was disturbed during the night. The TV didn't work ("problem with remote" we were told) so we couldn't turn it off, or on again when we returned later having complained. We were promised a working remote but that didn't materialise.

Stayed for one night. The rooms were big and clean. If you are not able to use stairs, request ground floor as there are no lifts. There is temperature control within the room and there was also a fan. The curtains are fantastic, blocking all light out of the room. There is free parking on site. There is a macdonalds and petrol station opposite.

We’ve stayed here many times but the hotel has gone downhill. We booked many months ago, for a stay of 4 nights over Christmas. But when we arrived we were given a very small double room which I think must have bern a spare room, more suited to a single traveller. As we walked into the to the room we saw that the curtain was hanging off the curtain track. there were also cobwebs on the ceiling above the bed. We complained and the curtain was re-hung on the track, the following day, but now we couldn’t open the curtains at all. The car park rubbish strewn everywhere and bags of rubbish near the grit bin. The disabled toilet on the ground floor is really grubby. On the morning we left we waited to speak to the receptionist to check our bill but despite buzzing and waiting for ages, no one came. We left our name and number with the bar staff, for the receptionist to call us, but we didn’t get a call. We were told other customers had also been waiting to speak to the receptionist as well but no one had appeared so those customers left. One morning we paid the morning receptionist for the meal deal for that evening . However when we came to order a meal in the restaurant, we were told that our payment had not been allocated to our room. At first, the waitress tried to sort it out for us, but in the end we had to go to the evening receptionist ourselves to sort it out. She went through all the sales that day in order to find our payment, before we were allowed to have a meal in the restaurant - very embarrassing and not our fault and we had to stand around whilst she traveled through that days payments . The fault was down to the new computer system.
