A very comfortable place to stay as a family of 4.
The staff were so helpful and very friendly.
The accommodation was within easy walking distance to the train station and bus stops, allowing for stress-free travel.
The family room was very spacious and very clean.
The beds were very comfortable and the shower hot and a good pressure.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of nutritious options. The hot food was cooked to order and was always hot and fresh.
We would definitely recommend The Premium Inn Melton Mowbray.

The staff here are superb, especially Jackie the chef. She's the friendliest most accommodating of people and cooks a wonderful breakfast.
We go here for breakfast once a week, brilliant apart from one tiny thing. They should have tinned tomatoes on the menu. That's down to head office though and not the local staff.

The ever-reliable Premier Inn offered the usual decent, clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. In addition we had an excellent cooked breakfast, freshly prepared to order rather than from a help-yourself, lukewarm buffet. Full marks to Premier Inn for exceeding expectations and doing better than many a 'top' hotel (such as the Midland in Manchester).

We stopped overnight to split our journey. The car park is at the back of the hotel, it would have been easier to find if there were more signs guiding guests, we weren't the only ones who went the wrong way. However, the staff were all lovely and the room was very clean. We had the evening meal and breakfast. The evening menu was very small but we had a lovely meal. Breakfast was also good quality. It was piping hot and very enjoyable. We always have a lovely stay at the Premiere Inns, however, this is definitely one of our most favourite stays. We will be back. Thank you.

You have stayed at a Premier Inn before. This one is pretty much the same. The guest car park round the back is hard to find. It isn't just me. They have leaflets to help you navigate there and other people I know couldn't find it. It's also too small. However, the staff more than make up for this. I think they know the problems that guests experience. No Beefeater pub attached, but not everyone wants breakfast in a pub. Easy walk into central Melton.

Room was clean and tidy, bed very uncomfortable! Staff very rude and food was appalling! Very small selection and everything is heated in microwave! Mash potato had more texture than breakfast!
Car park is really small but seems good security with lots of cameras, pain to find though!
Hotel is on the main road, reception do day if no spaces left in car park you can park around front in disabled bays (4 of them!)

Would i ever stay here again - i would rather sleep on the pavement outside!

Thank you to Sarah who made my sons stay the best he was very pleased with the colours and activities books,i loved the biscuits,and jodie for helping with booking my room. The team at melton are amazing they are all helpfully and polite. Will definitely be staying there again.

Excellent Premier Inn. Good location, car park at the rear. Breakfast was very good, room was at the back of the hotel, no noise at all. A very enjoyable stay. All the staff were really friendly, nothing seemed too much trouble. A great stay - thank you.
