What a delightful Premier Inn. We stayed in a Premier Plus room which had all the amenities you could wish for. The meal deal was such good value taken in The Beefeater next door. The staff were fantastic especially Heather who went above and beyond to make our meals an enjoyable experience. Thank you so much.

This Premier Inn did not disappoint! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, they could not do enough to help. They also provided some useful information on places to visit and transport in the local area. The hotel was in a great location for visiting surrounding areas, with a regular bus route nearby into the city centre.||||The facilities in our Premier Plus room were great and we were able to replenish these regularly at reception. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained.||||We would definitely visit again!

Warm and friendly staff throughout. There was 3 of us staying in two rooms for two nights, my partners mother in one, my partner and I in another. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the hotel was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was great and altogether a comfortable and relaxing stay. Staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It’s just undergoing a refurb and our room was amazing. If you’re travelling in November 2024 until early December the hotel is having a breakfast room built on and it’s noisy in the reception area in the day. Other than that the refurb is really coming on, super quiet corridors and the rooms are all redecorated including new art on the walls which is really modern. The hotel sits on the services on the a19 and the roundabout it’s on is huge, busy and complicated, so be prepared. The hotel is located near the motorway, the coast and the cheviots aren’t far either. It’s a great location. Outside there is an Asda, and petrol station, which is very handy. We had issues getting our iPads online, in fact we couldn’t connect them at all despite the lovely staff giving us a voucher for the premium WiFi. Our phones went on ok but not the iPads. The staff were marvellous and couldn’t do enough for us.

Been a few years since we have been here. The rooms appear to be have been refurbished. Room quality was one of the best we have stayed in a while.||A little kids treat was found in the room which is a nice touch.||Ideally positioned north of Newcastle. Had a great night sleep.||No complains.

The pillow cases looked grubby turned them inside out. Cold water was warm could not get to run cold. Tea making facilities only had 2 teabags. The bar shut at 10 pm we arrived at 2130 checked in and made it the bar at 2150 only for the barman to be hiding in the back until 2200 when he came out and informed us that he was shut. There was no improvement when we went to breakfast the eggs were snotty and bacon very fatty. We will never visit again. Mud on the stairs and corridors when reported we were met with a shrug of the shoulder. I feel their staff should be trained in Health and Safety.

Stayed for one night & found it very comfortable. The staff were very attentive & apologetic about the work being done in the building. However, the renovation work didn't disturb us at all. A great night's sleep & fantastic breakfast the next morning.
