We stayed for a weekend, and it was a convenient location for the centre of Norwich, e.g. Cathedral, The Castle art gallery and buses. Stupidly I left behind a pair of wireless earbuds, but fortunately they were labelled with my name and address. Before I got around to phoning them, Sarah phoned me and I sent a stamped addressed envelope for return, so I now have them again. We also had a drink and hot dessert there on the cold Saturday night, and breakfast in the Premier Inn is always good value and consistent quality.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff all lovely. The food was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed a chat and a laugh with the chef. That man deserves a medal.

It is in a great location, good value for money, has clean rooms with most amenities and a midday check out. Receptionist helpful and was able to give our group rooms next to each other (Although I had emailed the hotel first). Would recommend and stay again.

I booked this hotel after researching months ahead to make sure the rooms were good quality and there were no spiders.

A few days before going in I read about some reviewers finding bedbugs which made me very paranoid.

We booked 3 premium rooms and the good news is not a single one had bugs and they were all clean so that's great.

The facilities and environments were great and relaxing, and the staff were some of the friendliest I've met in hotels, and I've been to a lot.

Overall I think my expectations were exceeded and I'd hook here again.

But I'd like to cover a few negatives which I think are very important to note.

The breakfast cost ÂŖ12 which is standard with the brand, but the actual breakfast stand was very disappointing for me and my family. There were tiny trays for the whole breakfast audience to feast on, which is roughly 8 eggs and 8 hashbrowns for the whole room at a given time. There weren't many vegetarian options as well unfortunately. One major problem was the lack of labels, usually every hotel I've had breakfast at labels their food, and I could see how this can be quite risky for certain types of people under certain diets.

Some of the towels had black marks in the room, though most were moderately clean. Unfortunately the walls felt paper thin because I could hear every single phone notification from whoever my neighbour was throughout the night. I didn't have much sleep unfortunately and neither did my family because of this, it's not something I would've brought up if it was just an issue for me but I wasn't aware they couldn't sleep either in their own rooms for similar reasons.

Otherwise, great experience.

Requested a room on the side of the hotel as quieter. It meant that I could do my business admin, plus have a good night's sleep.||Staff at Reception and in the restaurant friendly, welcoming and helpful, even offering me a jug of fresh milk to take to my room, for the cup of tea.||Bed linen, towels etc all of a good standard. I'm about to purchase two of their firm pillows, as definitely had two good nights sleep.||Premier Inn offer a parking scheme where you can book on "YourParkingSpace", where locals can offer you a space at a competitive rate. 48 hrs of parking in the municipal carpark would have been very expensive.

I had the pleasure of staying at the cleanest most well maintained hotel I have visited in England. After having a window almost pop out of the frame in a high end hotel in London, this felt so safe warm and welcoming. That was personified with the incredible staff I was so lucky to meet today. The team at Premier is top tear. Thank you for the wonderful night sleep. All thanks to Rob Kyra Wendy Angle and everyone who helped on 11/7 (my favorite day of the year no less!) they one upped Southern hospitality today!

Super convenient for the city center a short walk away, multistory carpark just a few metres away, the position of this hotel is excellent. For such a reasonable price, this hotel is super value for money. The staff are lovely and helpful. The room is spacious, super clean, well appointed and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom even has a bath! With lots of towels. I visit Norwich a couple of times a year to visit family and am kicking myself for not staying here before, now I have found it, I will definitely be coming back.

Norwich City Centre Premier Inn was the perfect base from which to explore the city. A short walk over the river and you're there. We stayed 2 nights. Our room was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We had 2 breakfasts which were great value and delicious. The food was constantly topped up and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. We also had an evening meal which was also tasty and great value. All of this made our stay very enjoyable and we can't wait to go back.
