Came here for work purpose and stayed a few days. Soon as I walked into my room, it smelt so fresh and loved the smell which was like a fruity smell. The bed was the neatest I've ever seen and comfy indeed. Not a mark of dust or dirt anywhere. Housekeeping were brilliant servicing my room. Always had everything I needed. More coffee and teas added on request to the housekeeper who was very bubbly and chatty. A big well done 👏

Excellent service. The receptionist was very nice and professional. She was very understanding to our needs especially that we were travelling with a baby. She provided a cot in our room, stored the milk in the fridge and accommodated for a surprise birthday that we were having.
The restaurant was good. Did have a lot of choice and made these reasonably well.
The rooms are the usual lovely spacious rooms which were very clean.
Location is good as it was very close to other restaurants and supermarket. The only down side is that it is fairly far from the centre. This is balanced with the relatively lower prices that we paid for it.
Over all, a brilliant experience. Would definitely recommend.

Being staying in Premier inns for work for over 12 months. This one is the pits! The room stank the shower area was disgusting. Went to reception to voice my concerns the receptionist wasn't bothered & said there were no other rooms available. Strange as I looked on there website & there were rooms available. I'd put pictures of the shower area on but strangely doesn't give me the option.
Best place was the restaurant great service lovely staff should have slept in there.

Fantastic location for the showground. Rooms were lovely and clean staff very friendly. Restaurant is poor had hardly any food for evening meals. Most things on the menu had ran out of. Was told they had everything for breakfast went in and they didn't have half of it

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable but a little outdated. There were several spiders on the walls in my room. And the windows looked rotten. In need of modernising but good for the money and it did the job.

Not a great stay unfortunately. The room was very hot indeed, there is no air con. Window opens a tiny bit, but rooms adjacent to the road are very noisy indeed so very limited and interrupted sleep. It was not possible to connect to wifi in my room with any of my devices so I ended up going to sit in the nearby Starbucks for a couple of hours to be able to use wifi rather than being able to catch up on emails and work in my room. I don’t think I would choose this location again. Staff were pleasant and friendly, however.

Close to a busy road with noise traffic through the night - no air con so choose between noise of hot bedroom. There are very few facilities in the area and the nearby road has an incomplete footpath. We walked to the nearest pub and took our lives into our hands crossing busy junctions. Breakfast to order. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at this hotel previously but never again! Although the room facilities were good the temperature of the room was unbearable. It was 27.5 degrees at 6 am. There was a large fan but it was SO loud, so along with the unbearable heat we hardly had any sleep. We were shattered the following day. Definitely needs air conditioning. Breakfast was good but the floor and the tables were really sticky
