To say this hotel is in the middle of a city, I had a fabulous night's sleep. There was no noise from outside or inside. The bed was so comfortable.
The staff were ever present and always happy to help. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice, and a gluten-free option available for my daughter. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Just checked out of here today, we stayed for an ice skating competition. Room was lovely and warm. Clean and quiet. On arrival the ladies on reception were really helpful, they were really lovely and couldn't have done anythimg more for us. My husband needed to print something which they done straight away. Then after dinner gave us some biscuits as a snack to take upstairs with us. The breakfast was fab, cooked fresh to order, don't have anything to criticise at all! Will book for next comp!

We only had one night here . It was a lovely room with tv and tea/coffee The bed was amazingly comfortable 👌. Didn't have breakfast but it did smell very tasty as we were leaving ... There is a carpark but you have to pay for it .

We arrived in Nottingham Premier Inn and Tina was on the front desk with a warm smile. She was absolutely amazing as we had arrived well before check-in. Our drive from London was stressful with half a football team in the car. Tina (my mum) was able to check us in immediately and sort everything out for us. A great weekend experience. Thank you Tina!

Lovely staff who are always attentive with excellent customer service and all the team members and management go beyond their way to help. Facilities at the hotel are great and restaurant food is good. Drinks selection is also great with a good variety of. Rooms are always maintained to a high standard

Rooms are standard, good location for arena.

Issue with the refund policy when you have a bad night sleep. Refused my refund. I didn’t sleep at all due to a knocking from the radiator ALL night. Staff the next morning said this is a known problem, but the response from guest relations is I didn’t report a known problem in the middle of the night so they won’t refund me. Don’t stay here if you want to sleep.

Had a lovely stay a couple of weeks ago with my partner, celebrating our anniversary.
We got talking to one of the staff, Michelle whilst we were there who showed interest in our celebration and made sure our stay was special and memorable.
Would definitely recommend and will be back for future celebrations

The room was dirty, there was a sticky substance on the bedside unit and a dirty sock in the drawer which was open so not difficult for a cleaner to spot had the area been cleaned! When I asked to be moved or for the room to be cleaned again I was told the hotel was full and Housekeeping would be round to fix the issue. She wiped the unit and removed the dirty sock nothing more was done. The room was ground floor next to the road so like sleeping in the side walk and smelt like some sort of take away. ||||The best part was the location to the Motorpoint Arena.
