We stayed here over Christmas as it was the nearest reasonably priced hotel to my son's house. I was really only looking for a bed for that week but was very pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the hotel. In particular the staff were lovely, always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable and the breakfasts were really good. Some days the hot food was cooked to order which made them even nicer. However it was the staff who made the stay such a good experience.

We really like Premier Inn, especially because the beds are so comfortable—we even bought the mattress for home (did you know you can even do that?)! The rooms are cosy and clean, making for a pleasant stay. However, I personally do always find the baths/showers to be too deep, which made getting in and out a bit tricky, especially if you're not 6' tall. The water temperature was also a bit disappointing in this hotel, —it wasn’t as hot as we’d have liked. Interestingly, this was a shared comment across our family group, as we had six rooms in total.||On the positive side, the breakfast was lovely as always, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable.

Great room, clean throughout, comfy bed so had quite a good nights sleep. Reception was efficient, informative and courteous. The cooked food at breakfast was fresh, hot and fast. , compliments to the chef! overall I am impressed with the exceptional service, I will be back if in the area again. Being as it was December when we visited, we did not expect the window to be wide open upon arrival. We had visited the Cemetery and was looking forward to a nice warm room. Instead we were faced with a freezing cold room , and the temperature thermostat did not work.||Having spoken to reception, they DID NOT. send anyone to look at it. Warmest place in the room was theshower. Not worth £91 for 1 night.

Absolutely exemplary service. The rooms were immaculate and clean, the staff went above and beyond in every way. One night staff member did something so incredibly kind for me during my stay and I can’t thank her enough.

Unlimited continental breakfast was wonderful. As many pastries, cereals, bowls of porridge, fruit etc as you could eat. Kitchen and breakfast room staff were also extremely polite and helpful.

When I go away on business I always try to stay with Premier Inn. Is because you know what you're going to get with in a slight range of parameters this staff are on the whole very conscientious knowledgeable and want to help. Almost everybody has a sense of humour which is a great thing for me. I stayed at Premier Inn Nottingham S as part of a business trip for a local establishment within the prison service with the hotels location being not too far from where I was it made perfect sense for me to stay there the night. Unfortunately this hotel does not serve an evening meal however there is a pub next door which was fine for me however I do prefer to eat at the Premier Inn where I am staying. The breakfast was excellent as ever and it was all freshly cooked and well presented. I had a pretty good night's sleep and will definitely choose this location again when I am up in the East Midlands.

Our stay for 1 night to attend a friends birthday celebrations nearby was great from the location (get to and then into town - bus stop right outside the property), welcome, room clean and all you need, bed very comfortable, quiet and the breakfast just ideal - tasty, filling, lots of choices and excellent value. I would certainly stay here again. Thank you everyone!
