Didn't arrive till about 11:45 p.m. |Found the staff welcoming and friendly.. had a natter and a giggle at reception upon arrival. |Was given room number 11 , the room was big enough for what we needed, bed was amazing, soft comfortable silent. When I woke I felt like a bear coming out of hibernation. So onto breakfast ?|All you can eat breakfast including black pudding mushrooms eggs bacon sausage tomato baked beans hash browns.|It was very busy the staff were under pressure and they all handled it perfectly. We had toast and coffee and a 10 minute wait for breakfast food was excellent. Chef cooked my black pudding just the way I like it. The breakfast was at the beefeater next door attached to reception. The dining room was clean and the coffee was good. Definitely recommend and I'm looking forward to staying again well done premier, well done beefeater.

Really nice little hotel with restaurant next door. Couldn’t complain! Staff were all really lovely and the lady on reception (Sophie I think she was called) was so accommodating in making sure we had everything we needed. So friendly and an absolute asset to the company!|Room was as expected with Premier Inn, neat, tidy and clean. Again no complaints. Free parking is always useful and nearby facilities fitted with exactly what we needed. Will revisit.

Nice clean place, clean sheets, no bad smell. Bathroom and toilet was spotless. Only downside was the vending machine was extortionate. £2.50 for a 500ml bottle of Coke. Rest of the items in there were way overpriced too.

We were greeted by Kelly who was friendly, efficient and made us feel really welcome. Looked after everything for our stay. The staff at the adjoining pub were very flexible and sorted us a superb tray of meals and drinks to take to our room. Thanks Jade and the manager, great service. Breakfast was freshly cooked and tasty, again friendly staff. Great stay, we will be back.

Very enjoyable stay. All staff were friendly and made us feel very welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable with all facilities is good order. The restaurant had good selection of food on the menu. Allergies were very well dealt with. Breakfast had a wide selection of food and cooked breakfast made to order. Would stay again if in the area.

Lady on reception was outstanding. Great service and very friendly. It was a hot day though and the room was stifling. They did have fans on but should have AC really. The room was very clean and comfortable other than that though. It’s a little out of the way but a quiet and picturesque spot.

Awesome service Kelly at reception was really helpful and informative. Beds were comfy and I slept well the food was awesome in the beefeater. The ariel was down that day and was sorted in my room. Fans in the room and was lovely can not complain

Overall, a reasonably satisfactory stay, but the place is looking a little tired and in need of some updating, particularly our bathroom. The staff were polite and attentive and the breakfast satisfactory, if underwhelming. We did like the fact that breakfasts were freshly cooked and the poached eggs perfect on both mornings.
