Comfortable rooms as usual in premier inns, easy check-in and check-out services, friendly and helpful staff. Loads of easy parking available too which is a huge bonus. A bit out of the way but if you have a car that’s no issue and it means that it’s quieter at night. Pretty good sound isolation in the rooms but always safer to travel with earplugs if sensitive to noise. The bathroom shower had been upgraded and that was amazing - much better shower head to recent other premier inn stays.

Rooms nice - usual excellent premier inn beds which you will get anywhere with premier inn.

Shocking service and quality next door in the restaurant and it closes very earlier - something like 10pm on a week day.

Always advertising for staff which is no surprise as they are always quite rude.

Really surprising as given the area which is so nice - lots of pubs about 10 mins walk away - far better however given the upcoming business park nearby which I work at, I’m surprised the beefeater isn’t better.

They should swap it for the far superior Miller and Carter near the pear tree round about.

Just a suggestion for anyone staying here.

As far as Premier Inns go, not too bad. Rooms are fine and relatively fresh. Whatever you do don't eat in the beefeater. 40 min wait for order to be taken and then 2 hours to get to the end of a very average meal. I prefer a spoons to this one, at least you know there that you will get what you pay for.

I have stayed in 30 odd different Premier Inns food here was the worse one yet and terrible service. Definitely not staying here again.

I’m a regular visitor at this particular premier inn. The staff in the hotel are super helpful especially Rekha. Always on hand when you need something. I had an issue with my Air con and TV, she came immediately to assist me. She always greets you with a lovely smile and a quick chat if she isn’t too busy helping someone else.

Great value hotel. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Ample parking was a plus. Breakfast lived up to expectations with lots of options and the poached eggs, freshly cooked, were perfect. Well done chef! The bar was open until quite late and the staff in all areas were friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. The position of the hotel is great for visiting Blenheim palace and Oxford. Free parking is a winner and easy access to Oxford park and ride. Hotel did run out of toilet paper and the manager had to get some from Tesco!?;?; Otherwise I would recommend for the position and price.

I thought the room was pretty clean and comfortable. Car parking was great during my stay. It’s nice out the way hotel. However, I had to pay £5 extra each night to get upgraded to 8Mbps WiFi and that was absolutely unusable too. There was a fire alarm (false alarm) during my stay and there were some children running around the floor above me constantly so my sleep wasn’t great on any of the nights.

Stayed one night for business. The restaurant was closed at 8 p.m. for staff training, so I had to drive to the local Co-op to buy a few beers. I tried to order Domino’s for dinner, but it took 45 minutes just to place the order — not because of the food, but because the free Wi-Fi was virtually unusable at 500 kbps.

I attempted to upgrade to the so-called “premium” Wi-Fi for £5 per night, which promised a meagre 8 Mbps, but the payment completely failed due to a Stripe error. This has never happened to me before anywhere else, and it totally blocked the upgrade.

There is no 5G or mobile signal inside the building, so I had to go outside just to receive the verification code from my bank to complete the pizza order — and there was no receptionist available to assist.

In hindsight, calling might have been quicker, but you would still need to visit the car park just to get a signal.

I’ve stayed in hotels like this before, and the drain on your time is awful. I wish I could learn to forget trying to persist, but that’s not me. If you want any kind of connection on your phone, do not stay here.

I got absolutely no work done. Totally unsuitable for business travel.

Be aware: there is no phone signal or 4G/5G mobile data here, and the Wi-Fi is dreadful — 500 kbps for the free service, or 8 Mbps for the “premium” upgrade (if you can even get it).
