As always an amazing hotel . We always choose to stay here! Rooms are always clean and hotel is well kept! The staff are just fantastic, always go above and beyond for us. Bev & Tina on reception always friendly, helpful, funny , welcoming & very nice people to get along with! They have us a lovely funny departure this morning!!! Brilliant people & a brilliant place to stay ! 100 recommend

Lovely big room, very clean, quiet. Very warm welcome from Beverly and the reception team. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast fresh and hot (tomatoes could have been cooked longer) nice selection of pastries. Plenty of extra tea coffee and milk in reception if needed. Very friendly and helpful bar staff when we popped in for a nightcap!

I have stayed here several times, but the standards seem to have slipped of late. I reported my concerns to the hotel, however I have had no response, so it is only fair that I share for the knowledge of others.
The room was clean and laid out as expected, however it was very hot and adjusting the thermostat, did not turn off the radiator. I had to open the window, which led to disturbance due to the noise outside. I did not sleep well.
The food service was terrible. My meal, although tasty and produced in good time, was not as described on the menu. There were items on the plate that were not mentioned in the menu, and items that were described had been omitted. When I asked for these items, I was told they were coming, however they did not appear before I finished my meal (leaving the extra items I did not ask for), paid and left.
Unfortunately there were more issues but too many to go on about. I have reported this to the hotel, but their apparent lack of interest just amplifies the poor level of service. Avoid this hotel if possible.

We stayed at this Premier Inn recently and overall it was okay, but I'd give it 2 stars. The room didn’t feel very clean—especially the floor, which never seemed to get a proper vacuum. The hotel itself felt quite run down, and even the sign outside had faded from its original colour, which sort of set the tone. On a positive note, the staff were genuinely lovely and helpful, which made the experience a bit better. Unfortunately, the general upkeep just let it down

We used this Premier Inn for a one night stay as we were attending a party nearby. Overall I would say the hotel itself is about what you would expect for a Premier Inn and offered pretty good value for money. The rooms and general decor are looking a little tired but everything was clean and the bed was comfy. One slightly odd thing was the length of time the toilet took to refill after flushing which was a little inconvenient if you wanted to use the loo one after another! The breakfast area could have done with being tended to a little better, there were various bits of rubbish lying about and I am not convinced of the need to have an open bin right next to the table where the bread/toaster is kept!||The staff were very friendly and welcoming and I would like to give a particular mention to the little basket of cookies/biscuits which are left on the reception desk in the evening, these were just the ticket to go with my bedtime cup of tea when we returned from our evening out, very thoughtful indeed!

We've tried other places to spend to night whilst regularly visiting family in the area. Peterborough North Premier Inn suits our purpose perfectly. The stay is comfortable and we always get a good nights sleep and the staff are friendly and eager to assist.

I am a disabled person (amputee), I checked in with the hotel, went to the room and checked it out but there were a few issue with one being a major problem!||First only 2 pillows and no spare, 1 bath and 1 hand towel so we had to ask for more, then there was the wet room chair for the shower my partner pulled it down and the rubber was all worn and in the holes for the water to drain the were all full of mould, damp and mildew which I found a really big problem. ||After we spent the night we went for breakfast the continental was absolutely fine but when we got our cooked breakfast the bacon was rock hard and my scrambled eggs were overcooked and because they had been under the hot plate some had stuck to the plate.
