Staff are all incredible at this hotel, particularly Kirstie. Service with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. My room was super clean too. Extra tea and coffee in reception which was great as i like a good coffee, no vending machine though,the receptionist informed me they were waiting on a new one which meant having to go sainsburys in the dark, but my stay was still great thats just a little snag.

Brilliant hotel and staff. Huge car park which is handy not having to worry if there’s going to be a space when you arrive. Room was clean. And nice meal in the beefeater next door which was super busy. But the standout thing for me was the hotel being so family friendly. Kirsty the receptionist greeted us and asked our permission if she could give our girls a gift bag, I thought this was brilliant my children loved kirsty and said this was the “best hotel ever!!” She also showed us the children’s books that can be borrowed I thought this was a brilliant idea for families!!

Always find the rooms very pleasant with everything you need. Bed was extra comfy with lovely pillows. Staff very helpful with excellent Customer service skills. I keep coming back as I await my new home to.be.ready. Gives the family a break.from me🤣

Would like to say a big thank you to Cassidy. Really helpful, friendly, and efficient. So nice to be met with a smiling face and someone so cheerful after a very long journey. We stay in Premier Inns all over the country and the staff are always lovely, but it’s nice to meet someone like Cassidy who obviously loves her job and is so bubbly! Please pass on our thanks.

Stayed here as a stop over for going further down into Devon and Cornwall the next day. Arrived and checked in with ease. Staff on front counter very helpful and were happy to assist with letting us borrow an iron and ironing board. Room was clean, teas, coffees etc all in room. no issues. A pleasant stay. Parking is free you just give in your car registration when you check in.

I stay at this hotel quite a lot for work, i choose this hotel for the free parking and because of the wonderful staff. Everyone's so friendly but i would like to give a special mention to Kirsty, it gets quite lonely being in a hotel room all week for work,so every time i go down for a ciggy i make conversation with Kirsty and she always makes time to listen and talk, i probably bore her senseless but she still takes that time to chat, its very much appreciated as from experience not all premier inns have the friendly staff that you get at this particular hotel. I hope someone within the higher up management see this review as your staff at this hotel are a credit to you! My room is always spotlessly clean and i love the bar next door although the drinks are very pricey, its a Really good atmosphere and Jo always makes me laugh.

Staff are incredible with us every time we visit. We come regularly from Liverpool and they always look after us. Rooms are always spotless, convenient little bits you can pick up in reception in case you’ve forgotten yours I.e toiletries.

Can’t recommend enough, only place I’ll stay down here

I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt a bit guilty for the way I treated your receptionist.|I gave her abuse and aggressively swore at her because of the noise from the refurb. |Kirsty remained calm and polite even though I was so rude to her. Throughout my stay after this happened she was still friendly to me I think she needs to be commended for this as if that was me in her shoes I would of told me where to go and kicked me out of the hotel.|I had a bad day and I can only apologise I did apologise to her too.|She explained that the refurb happening was on the website and I also got an email, she did move me rooms too which was a lot nicer and quieter. Kirsty was very professional and very friendly and didn’t deserve that.
