Only 2 towls 2 tea bags 2 milk as if it was for a single person. Had to ask for extra. Staff friendly and efficient especially at dinner as we were a group of 28 with different meal orders. Food good on the meal deal. The room was ok and usual standard. As I have said before need to have 2 comfortable chairs. Good location for poole harbour. As we were on a birding trip to catch a harbour boat next day.

What is going on with premier inn.. they used to be a great place to stay overnight when on business. After the welcome at check in ‘welcome, work is finished let’s book you in so you can relax for the rest of the evening’… Nope.. At 5.30 I (that is me on my own) tried to get a table in the restaurant Holes Bay .. nothing until 7:45!!! However, a male on a meal deal was subsequently booked in for 6pm…the restaurant wasn’t even a quarter full… and the bar empty! So back in the car to the local town for some food, no glass of wine as I was driving! The room.. no basic items like a glass, looked tired, and it was so hot, there was no air con, and opening the window was a no go as I was right over the entrance listening to all sorts of drunken conversations and the smell of cigarettes wafting into the room was disgusting. Then at 11 pm it sounded like a Avici has started a set, the music was loud and went on and off for an hour!
Won’t be staying here while on business again, some people need an early start and don’t want dinner at stupid o’clock, before trying to get some sleep…. The breakfast didn’t look appealing either…

Went with my boyfriend and the location was amazing. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant was really nice, went for dinner and we had Gemma she was really nice and friendly. The breakfast the next morning was delicious. Would definitely recommend and definitely will be going back.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are OK but a little gloomy and dated. The walls and ceiling are very thin so you can hear people walking bove you and talking in the rooms next door.
The breakfast is good. The restaurant is very average, it does the job if you're hungry and don't want to drive anywhere but the food is not great. The car park is big but check as I think they want to start charging for it.
Location is good if you have a car and want to access the Marina, otherwise not very scenic.

Not the cleanest hotel. Lack of staff. Cleaners miserable. Poor food in restaurant. Breakfast queues ridiculous as kept running out of food. Bed comfortable ||nice towels. Have to ask if you want your room cleaned, which should be standard. Not impressed with this premier inn.

The service was lovely and the staff were pleasant.The bed was well made and very clean. But the toilet was a disappointment there were 💩 on the back of the toilet and that rilly I did not like. All in all my stay was great, aseptically clean but can improve on the quality of the toilet.

The Premier Inn itself wasn’t too bad, room was average for the cost. They provided 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash so I do recommend bringing your own toiletries but the bed was comfy. Only issue we had was finding a fingernail in the sink upon arrival….not great! However, the restaurant in collaboration with the Premier Inn was atrocious. The service was rude and rushed us throughout our meal despite us getting served at 8pm and the closing time being 11pm. Our server told us to order all items straight away, not allowing much room for choice-making, telling us we would not get served if not. Furthermore, the food was cold and I found a hard lump in the middle of my ham and cheese pie. As we were staying over for a Charity sponsored hike marathon, this was not the best start to our challenge! I can only hope this was a one off.

Really quite disappointing. We couldn't use the air-conditioning, as it had literally been turned off. Due to this, we were provided with a desk fan, which is in no way a replacement. Whilst going to reception to get the duvet changed for a sheet is an option, it simply wasn't viable for us arriving back to the hotel (as we'd been out for evening) at midnight. The WiFi was poor, including the ultimate, which is advertised as having 8 times faster speeds, and in some cases I found it slower. Compared to what they advertise, the site is rather old. Breakfast is again disappointing, with only 5 different foods for hot food options. We had to queue a long time to get in, even though many tables were free. Even just little things like no salt and pepper made a difference. This hotel is in no way like the premier inn brand. Premier inn is great, but avoid this one.
