If there was an option to rate the restaurant it would be 0 stars! Still sat here waiting for our starter after 2 hours… people who were seated after us have eaten and walked out.

The room had a funny smell but apart from that no complaints

Day 3 at this hotel - having to update the review because I the service at the restaurant is crazy! I’ve been sat here for 40mins and haven’t even been asked if I want a drink!! There’s 9 people sat down in this restaurant. It’s dead and the staff are nowhere to be seen

The room is clean and comfortable as always, and the restaurant is lovely. Four of us had an evening meal and were greeted by Julie who was very warm and friendly, despite it being very busy. She made us all feel very welcome and really went above and beyond with her service.

Great place to stop off after a late ferry from France. Totally refurbished to a high standard. Excellent room, spacious with very comfortable bed, and really good bathroom with fab shower. Much quieter than I would have expected, on a Thursday night. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Right next to a gym and other attractions.

Had to stay over for work, was very happy with the service and the comfortable rooms.

Was supprised at how nice this Premier Inn was l, The evening meal was great unfortunately they didn't have all that we wanted but still had a good selection. The breakfast was great value and plenty to choose from both continental and cooked.

Location good for ferry. We arrived fairly late 9pm ish,unfortunately they failed to let us know that the kitchen was closing in 10mins. Put our items in the room and returned to reception to be told we were unable to get anything to eat.

Breakfast service was awful.
Only one poor member of staff to cover the hotels main reception , and checking people in for the restaurant breakfast, and in charge of clearing / wiping tables.
The hot buffet was constantly out of food, they couldn’t cook it quick enough so dishes were always empty.

Stayed here for a meeting that was being held in Fareham, the location was a short 20min drive from the hotel.

There was ample parking in the carpark, and it was just £3 for 24hrs, payable at reception.

The staff were all friendly and very attentive.

I have to applaud James and Aiden who were working in the restaurant, they were really hard working and very friendly. Both went out of their way to chat to all the customers and they were quick to clear tables and serve food & drinks. They are a credit to the Premier Inn brand.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. I stayed in a Premier Plus room which are located on the 4th floor. It had everything I needed and I had a great night's sleep.

Breakfast was possibly the only very slight negative. The food on the whole was fresh and tasty, but the bread for the toast was uncovered and had started to go a little stale, and the toaster took almost 10 minutes to get a slight bit of colour on the toast.

But other than that very small issue everything was great.
