Passing through so a quick business trip with this very convenient hotel. Not yet got the updated rooms so can feel a bit dated but the main thing is that it's clean. There is aircon but there is a handy sign in the room stating there are fans, thin sheets and cold water at reception if needed.

I stayed for 2 nights with family, the manager Harley and receptionist Tammy absolutely made our stay! What a lovely professional team, comfortable rooms and beds!||10/5 stars!! I would rate if I could, you are an amazing site will definitely be back.

Premier Inn, Sandhurst, was conveniently located for us for a four night visit to meet up with old friends and colleagues in the Reading area. We have stayed there several times before so we know what to expect. The quality of stay is generally excellent with comfortable and well appointed rooms and friendly staff. The amenities are excellent with a very adequate restaurant, a separate pub and plenty of convenient parking space. It retains some of the original charm of the Rackstraw Farm on which it is based. The breakfast, as with all Premier Inns, is really excellent but the restaurant, run under the Beefeater name, provides a menu which may not be to everyone's taste. The standard Premier Inn rooms, with en suite bathrooms, are on the small side but comfortable, particularly the beds, and provide all that one might require. My only criticism is with the over bath showers in the bathroom which are somewhat hazardous for older visitors.

We stayed in room 3! My goodness we had a terrible sleep. We could hear the people in the room upstairs walking around. The ceiling kept making a cracking noise when they walked.
They were up at 6am which woke us.
Bath handle broken, shower gel holder broken, see pictures.
Needs gutting, Premier Inn is so run down.
Free parking.
Stayed for Lapland which us close by.

Excellent staff, genuinely caring, lovely building and location. Good restaurant and bar. Clean, comfortable room and bed. I’ve been here for a very long stay and have been made to feel like one of the family!

Overall tired and not the best of what Premier Inn can offer. Outside lighting was poor and mostly not on. Room tired with mould and dust to carpet edges. Above all is the noise. We were in the ground floor and the noise from footsteps in the room above was overwhelming at all hours.

The rooms are very well put together.
My only issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms.
The hotel does provide fans, unfortunately all that does is circulate the hot air. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who has a any issues dealing with heat.
You wake up with your linen soaked with perspiration. If you have an elderly family member or a female companion with hot 🔥 flashes stay away.
The staff is great, rooms decent but if you need to be cool in the summer this hotel is not the place for you.

Staff were very helpful. Rooms are well equipped, but our travelling companion's struggled to get into the bath to take a shower. Breakfast was very good as was the meal we had at the beefeater. There was plenty of parking and an idea location for the event we were attending. Could have done with ac in the room which was the only down side for us.
