Just got back from a two night stay. We had lovely stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was on ground floor and clean & comfortable. Next to a busy road at times but we didn't really notice it with the window closed. Breakfast was great, good choice and cooked properly. Great location to Silverstone circuit which is where we were for most of the weekend. The Green Man pub next door was also great. Only thing I would say room could be improved on was to replace the soap dispenser as it was a little rusty. And the toilet needs a new seat. It wasn't loose from the fixing but must have been broken as the lid banged on the back every time you got up off the seat. But as a whole just little gripes. Would we stay again if in the area. Most definitely.

I was attending an evening event nearby and didn't want to drive home afterwards. I was reasonably sure, from the tv adverts, that I would be provided with a good standard of room and service, and this proved to be the case. Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly and polite and the room was a of a high standard of cleanliness. There was also a good provision of things like towels, tea and coffee and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't have breakfast as I wanted to get going home.

Had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Silverstone, the rooms were quiet and very clean. Each and every person working at the Silverstone were pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was the best Premier Inn breakfast we’ve had. Chef Amanda was super helpful and kind, she went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this Premier Inn!

This hotel is a nice hotel to stay in, unless there's warm weather. My partner and I booked a room in early September and was given a top floor room upon check-in. Th staff were friendly who checked us in.

It was roasting in the room! The thermostat read 27 degrees before we attempted to sleep just before midnight (outside temp was around 16-17 degrees). We opened the window as far as we could (only a couple of inches) and had a fan on which was in the room. It was absolutely unbearable and will never stay there again when I know the weather will be warm.

My partner and I felt so dehydrated the following day, on top of having little to no sleep at all.

After explaining to staff about the heat, we were just advised to ask for a ground level room next time.

I would highly advise people avoid this hotel between the months of May to September.

I came to the hotel last night and when I arrived I mentioned that I'd need a few extra pillows as I'd fractured my rib recently. Suzanne was extremely helpful and offered to change my room to an accessible on as the bed would be bigger. She showed us to the room to check we were happy with it and then returned a few minutes later. Not only had she brought some pillows but she gave me a couple of bottles of water to take tablets with. |The room was lovely and comfortable and the lower bath made it easier for me to shower.|During the night I went to reception to use the vending machine. Joanne was on the desk and got me a box of pringles and chatted to me for 5 mins while I ate and took some painkillers. Although these were only small things these 2 members of staff made a huge diffrence to my stay. It was lovely to experience these acts of exemplary customer service. I would definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Friendly helpful staff, we were offered a more suitable room when we checked in without asking. Our bathroom door did not shut fully and squealed very badly.
There was a large car park but it got very busy and cars parked in the disabled spaces without blue badges.
