Very helpful and friendly staff who are always ready to help. Special thanks to Ali who noticed that my wife was struggling with her CoPD and arranged for our room to be changed for one on a ground floor, to avoid having to use the stairs. This really helped to enhance our 3 night stay.

We enjoyed our stay, it was clean and tidy throughout and the staff were very friendly and efficient. We had 2 rooms, 1 was a standard double for our girls which was great and the other was an accessible room for myself and my wife. The accessible room was a little dated and the bed was a little on the soft side otherwise it would have been 5 all round.

Stayed on Christmas day evening Staff were friendly and polite. They gave children a present. Room was spacious. Only issue was breakfast was missing some items due to delivery issues and we still paid same price. There was no decaf coffee available.

Excellent visit. Very warm welcome from Tory on reception. We stay at this hotel frequently to visit family and Tory gave us the best welcome we have had. It got our stay off to a great start after a 4 hour journey (even gave us a whole packet of biscuits)

Had to stay here for around 10 weeks due to issues at property and the staff and the experience provided was spectacular. Great room and plenty of space with a ensuite bathroom that im going to miss (best shower pressure ever). Room cleaning services are fantastic and done thoroughly and the reception staff are lovely, kind and extremely helpful. Would happily stay here again if ever in a pinch.
