Surprisingly large room in an old property, and updated on all important equipment. Brilliant shower. Excellent bed. Heating was actually too enthusiastic, but turned down well. Ask about stairs on check-in if you have baggage. Uphill from town and station, but not difficult.

The hotel and staff where amazing and very polite and welcoming. We ate both nights in Nelson brewers fayre and was amazing. Great value for money and will be coming back. All staff helpfull and cater for any request. Partner had festive dinner last night and was beautiful and would recommend it great value for money.

A short stay but ticked every box on my visit. Very clean room, very clean around the hotel and grounds. The team were very welcoming, friendly and professional. The building is tired and in need of some investment but it is a unique listed building with an interesting history and great location and parking. My only negative would be the WiFi service but this is down to the provider and a common issue when I've stayed at Premier Inn.

My room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. Only a shower, no bath. Plugs near the bed are only usb which is no good for iphone users. Room was warm and good blackout curtains. There is no lift and it was a long corridor and 2 flights of stairs to get to my room. There was leak in the hallway while I was there which meant I had to go up more steps to get to reception. There is a Brewers Fayre next door, but I did not eat there. There is parking and it was a good location for what I needed.

Very comfortable bed stayed here a few times, town is a 15-minute walk. Breakfast is not included, but it's a lovely all you can eat and kids eat free. Well worth the money. The staff are lovely too.

Stayed overnight last night en route from Sheffield to Paignton. Having stayed last year, we knew what a nice hotel it was, albeit not the easiest to find. |We were allocated room 119 which was larger than most Premier Inn rooms we have stayed in before . Bed very comfortable and room great, however the position of the toilet tissue dispenser in the bathroom could be better. |Dinner and breakfast both lovely.

Clean and comfortable just as you'd expect. The linked restaurant was quite decent too. Only loses a star for atmosphere simply because all premier inns are the same but at least you know what to expect. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They definitely get five stars.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and it’s exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn easy to use and comfortable. The beds are good the showers are great and the onsite pub is perfect for a cheap but great value meal
