Really loved staying here. Receptionist was lovely and so helpful. The rooms have been updated since my last visit and wow - what a difference. The room is lovely, calm and clean. It is perfect and exactly what you need. I would recently stay in the future.

Me & my family had a wonderful stay at Swanley P.Inn, especially with the new room upgrades.
The staff were incredibly welcoming (Kirsten DHM & the night receptionist) & we really appreciated our lovely surprise of the PI WOW! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Best regards Dani ✨️

this was my worst experience ever! we are a disabled couple and had booked a disabled room for the night. on arrival we were given our key, there was refurbishment going on but we had been told it would not impact our stay... When we got near our room it became apparent that we would have to take the stairs, when we got to our room it was not a disable room at all and there was a bath instead of the requested shower. I made my way back to reception hoping to sort this out. after 10+ mins the receptionist appeared and i explained the problem, someone should have phoned me she said, well that obviously didn't happen. she looked at the booking and said she would inform head office she offered me free breakfasts but said there was nothing else she could do as all the disabled rooms were out of action due to the refurb!!!! and they had no spare rooms at all. This resulted in my husband having to wash my hair over the sink with a glass which has now left my back in spasms, we both had to wash at the sink. on top of all this the air conditioning unit made the most awful noise all night. If it hadn't been a family party we would have gone straight home.||phoned customer services on Monday who after a lot of heated arguments have given me a refund but are saying that it is not their policy to give compensation of any kind.||when I asked for the CEO address and telephone she said they are not allowed to give it out.||Totally disgusted at the whole experience.||||

Room had been recently refurbished and was perfect for our overnight stay. The bed was super comfortable as advertised. Breakfast option was plentiful and very tasty indeed. Will definitely stay again when visiting our family in Swanley.

Kirsten on reception was fantastic. A real asset to Premier Inn. The Beefeater next door closed early (not good when one has had a three hour drive with family). Couldn’t care less about customers.|Kirsten came to our rescue. Great little hotel with service as a priority.

Kristen was the best host while we stayed for a business trip, after a brief chat with her this morning where she put my nerves at ease for a test I was heading into work to take. She then took the time to ask me how I'd got on when I returned showing real compassion and interest, after hearing that myself and my colleague had passed our test, she presented us with some congrats gifts and a little note, this was very touching and proves there are some decent folk in this world, god bless u Kirsten.|The best beds I've ever slept in, rooms nice and clean and adequate for my 4 day stay thanks x

Stayed here as a result of a recent work trip. Hotel was conveniently located and was easy to park with plenty of available spaces even for our large van. Was greeted well at the reception by Kirsten who was friendly and welcoming. When I explained that I was a light sleeper Kirsten kindly moved me to a room further down the corridor, The hotel was busy as it was the weekend of the BTCC final but she still took the time to show me to the room and checked I was happy with it's location. Food was good at the Beefeater next door both for Dinner and Bfast the following morning. I'd happily recommend this hotel to others and if back in the location would certainly choose this premier inn again.
