Used 2 different Satnavs to find the car park as we were going round in circles! ( Use Granville Street as a destination). We were booked in straight away. The room that we stayed in was clean, the only down side was that there wasn’t blacked out curtains in our room so I got woken up early with the light shining through. If you book a taxi they tend to pick you up at the end of Temple Street. Great location for the shops and a Spoons opposite which done lovely breakfast when we went in there. Yes I would stay there again

Best Premier Inn experience! My friends and I had a wonderful time. The staff were amazing. Alison particularly was very welcoming and hospitable. The breakfast buffet was another great experience. There were a lot of variety and tasty options. The proximity to the town centre was another plus.|Overall, a great experience.

Check in was quick and very helpful staff . We booked a premier plus room and 1 room for my mum who has needs a wheelchair but booked a premier plus room . The gentleman on reception allocated mum a premier plus accessible room which I never knew they did . It was amazingly big and very easy for mum to menover around . The whole hotel was very clean and staff welcoming. Drinks in the bar were nice and atmosphere was nice and chilled … rooms were spacious and clean . Parking was £15 for 24hrs which was fine . Location was bang in middle of town which was good . Food in the evening was very good with plenty of choices . If I’m honest breakfast could have been better . For me personally, I would have liked my bacon / sausages and eggs cooked alittle more . I felt the lady behind cooking the food was rushed as lots of people were there and food was comming onto the hot plates needing to be cooked a little more . Overall nice experience and would definitely go back .

The staff are very friendly, hotel is very clean and tidy. The hostess who was in charge of breakfast was extremely helpful and assisted our son with heating some pancakes up. Five Stars all round for swindon town centre premier inn. We'll definitely be staying with you again.

A minute from the theatre and literally across the path to a Wetherspoons pub, this gleaming hotel is well positioned. The hotel boasts great Premier Plus Rooms, these come with little luxuries and extra facilities. Our 'welcome' at reception upon arrival was a little hit-and-miss but we'd be happy to stay here again.

This was a memorable experience at the hotel. Would definitely recommend it for its prime spot accessible to main attractions and shopping. But above all the service at the hotel was extremely outstanding. The staff are very friendly the breakfast menu and price were reasonable.

Very disappointing. Expected more as they advertise on the TV but really no different to Travelodge. I did not expect to have to pay for evening parking and ended up with a parking fine of £57 as I thought the machine had worked but it hadn't. Ended up having breakfast across the road as better value. Won't use Premier Inn again.

I booked two rooms as family coming to stay for weekend for birthday celebrations. The rooms were perfect lovely and clean. Check in was busy but didn’t take long great service by Laura.
Thank you to Radina who sorted out a little treat in the rooms for us. We did the meal deals both days and the food was great the after eight sundae was amazing we had it both nights. Breakfast was busy but very stock up. What to shout out Ben who served us in the restaurant. He was so pleasant and attentive.
