Highly recommended! Stayed just a couple of nights and had a very good experience. The room was clean, tidy and smelled really nice and the I found the bed very comfortable. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The hotel restaurant is the Beefeater, where the staff is super friendly too and they were prepared to provide gluten free options for both breakfast and dinner.

I recently stayed at this hotel for three weeks during my business training, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The location was perfect, conveniently close to my training venue, which made my stay even more comfortable.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a high level of professionalism. I would like to give a special shout-out to Richard and Lucy, who truly went above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service. They were always available to assist with any request and ensured that every aspect of my stay was smooth and enjoyable.

The level of care and attention they provided made me feel at home, and their dedication to going the extra mile for guests did not go unnoticed. Richard and Lucy exemplify what excellent customer service should be, and they were a significant part of why my stay was so pleasant.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and professional place to stay. I would definitely return if I’m ever in the area again!

We have stayed here many times either when visiting the outlet shops in Swindon or on our way home from our travels. It suited our purpose and as it’s a typical Premier Inn ….you know what you’re getting! Although we think this does need a refurb now and the Wi-Fi in our room was quite bad…it kept dropping out and we had to walk round the room! That shouldn’t happen in this day and age as everyone expects to be connected !|| We had a nice welcome and sorted out the meal deal at reception. For £27.99 we would have a full English breakfast and a two course evening meal with drink. Considering the breakfast was £10.99 we didn’t think this was a bad price. All food was eaten at the Beefeater next door and I’ve done a separate review of that (it was bad!)|But…..the staff failed to tell us that the Beefeater would be closed for breakfast due to water works! The gentleman on reception took our booking for an 8.45am breakfast but not only failed to pass the booking over to the Beefeater…….the biggest failure was not telling us it would be closed…so no breakfast anyway!!! There weren’t any signs up about this until the morning we tried to have breakfast! The poor young girl on reception could only apologise and give us our money back. The end to a very disappointing stay! ||Parking was free and within a hundred metres was a Subway, Greg’s, and Londis all open until 7pm and a Costa open until 8pm so food could be bought at any of these and either eaten in or brought back to the room.

This is a older premier inn but does not cost a arm and leg like the new one. Everyone we spoke to in the hotel was kind. Leo and Lisa both very chatty on check in it not over the top. If you stay ensure you entre your reg in reception or you may get a ticket. Plenty of good food outlets near by if Beefeater can't accommodate you.

Great stay in Swindon. Free large car park that's very safe. I stay hear often and the reception and cleaners are so kind and friendly. They all call me by name from second visit and go out of there way to make time away from family one to remember.

We needed an economical stop off on a roadtrip out that way and this premier inn ticked that box! You know what you will get with staying with this company. This one had extremely pleasant staff and an eagerness to make our stay as good as possible. We'd happily revisit!?

Checked in with Richard who gave us directions to next location. Booked all our food and helped with a plug as we forgot. No USB plugs in the room so take a plug. Food next door was a little slow but good quality. I would defo stay again when I visit Swindon.
