Good location. Comfy and clean hotel with friendly professional staff. ||We had dinner and breakfast in onsite restaurant, which was very good. Excellent service from our Shannon. ||||Hotel was in a good location for Thetford town and we would not hesitate to stay again next time we are visiting this part of the country.

Lovely little hotel, clean rooms, spacious car park. The best bit about my two day break was John on reception, so helpful, advised on where to order food from, even delivered my food to my room on two occasions when the delivery driver dumped it on his desk. That guy is honestly such a top bloke, he deserves a promotion!!

I stayed here what in the area attending a family event.|Check in was quick and easy with friendly service.||My room was very good, I had spent a little extra to get a plus room but I think it was worth it.|The room was pretty spacious, and was nice and clean.|The coffee machine, extra sockets and USB charging points were all nice to have, with the mini fridge being a decent addition.|The bathroom was good too, with a decent sized walk in shower, which had nice water pressure and good temperature control.||If I had to make one comment it would be nice to have car charging points nearer hotel and not tucked away in a dark corner of the car park.|But that is not a major issue I guess.||Overall a decent hotel I’d have no problem revisiting if I need to stay in the area again.

Does exactly what it says on the tin! Cheap and cheerful but clean and more than acceptable.

Enjoyed 1 night here and the staff are really bubbly and helpful. The weather was very hot but although it states that the rooms do not have a/c, there was a large fan which ensured that we were nice and cool.

The bar staff were also very friendly and we couldn’t fault our stay at all. Probably the most important thing to mention is that the bed and pillows were amazing, which puts other much more expensive hotels to shame!

Several issues were encountered!||First we made a cup of tea and as my husband was drinking his, I looked across and saw that his cup had stains around the outside. When I then looked at mine, mine also has stains on one side. I can only assume that the cups had been rinsed by the previous occupants and so looked clean on the inside, but actually had been used and hadn't been replaced when the room was supposedly cleaned. I went to reception to report this and was given two replacements cups to take back to the room. I also explained that the coffee machine was covered in sugar. This also hadn't been cleaned.||Next as we were getting ready to go to a party (the reason for our stay), we found that we had no hot water. We went to reception again and reported this and the receptionist said that they would come and take a look.||When we returned from the party, a new receptionist was now on shift and I asked if she had any update regarding our issue of no hot water. She confirmed that she did and that there was a problem, but unfortunately there were no maintenance teams working at this time and they were unable to move us to another room as there we no other Premier Plus rooms available. She advised that I should speak to the manager the next morning as I explained that with all these issues, I really would like some of the payment for our stay to be returned to me.||This morning when I spoke to the manager, she advised that she was not in a position to offer any refund (full or partial) and that I should log a complaint on the website. On doing so it states that it can take approximately 25 days to receive a response. To date it has been 14 days since our stay and so I am yet to hear back.

Premier Plus room that stank like a cess pit all night long. Unable to move rooms as hotel was full, only thing they could do was give me a bottle of fabric refresher spray which did nothing. Reception staff were friendly but all they did was leave a note for house keeping the next day. If i had not been exhausted and unsafe to drive i would of left instead of staying the night.

Thank you for helping us to sort out a very frustrating issue with our bookings each week and keeping us in the rooms we like.

We stayed in order to have a shorter distance to centre Parcs the following day. We have a 3 month old and was placed on the first floor with no lift. No AC in the room just two fans making a terrible racket. Receptionist was very unhelpful and didn’t know how to smile.||Food was awful and service wasn’t much better. We order drinks then food 10 mins later and some how the starters arrived before the drinks. The bed was like sleeping on a stone table.
