This hotel was reasonably priced, yet still had lovely amenities. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. I was pleased that the room had both a tub and a shower. We enjoyed being able to soak in a tub after a long day. The hot breakfast had good variety and was enjoyable. I will plan to stay at Premier Inns in the future when I travel. I felt welcome and at home there.

Decent enough rooms, we ordered twin but other bed wasn't made up, swapped with other party we were with then door wouldn't lock so had to change rooms again. Hotel receptionist sorted for us.
Nice and quiet
Biggest disappointment for me was breakfast 3 of us ordered continental no porridge, ran out of croissants, pau chocolate, pancakes and muffins by 10am not refilled for over 25 minutes. Also no hot chocolate
Will i return absolutely would unfortunately have to reconsider breakfast

So, I booked this having read the reviews . We were not disappointed! The service was outstanding and the food was lovely we booked a twin room with evening meal and breakfast .. For a budget hotel this far exceeded expectations and our personal experience was not of others.. The ladies that served the evening meal couldn't be more helpful! Will definitely use this Premier Inn again, comfy beds, nice and clean, good food & lovely service great location thank you.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Megan was brilliant and professional and helpful.
The young man that works here is Brilliant.
The food was tasty and the location is great and very near an Aldi.
Lovely warm rooms.
Plenty of parking.
Only problem is the windows at the hotel don't open.

Had a one night stay.
Everyone really welcoming hotel lovely despite works being completed.
Room is spotless and has everything you need.
Fire alarm evacuation occurred during our evening. Lydia Jay and Ivana coped in an incredibly professional manner supporting all guests to stay safe.
Returned us back to enjoy the rest of our evening without incident.
All three of them have been an absolute credit to your company and need to recognised as such

Stayed overnight to visit the area and what a great location. The Purple Palace that is Premier Inn always affords a great night's sleep and you can't beat the all you can eat buffet breakfast in the morning. At Premier Thirsk, the staff were great too.

Perfect stay, you know what you're getting at a great price. Nice to have a decent restaurant on site. Easy to find, friendly staff with smiles. We didn't feel in the way when we sat and talked for hours. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with everything you need.

We had a great stay here, just one night but we took advantage of the meal deal for dinner and breakfast, it was superb value. The hotel was clean and comfortable, just a few minutes from the motorway and the staff were lovely. Definitely recommend this place, we'll use it again when we're in the area.
